We used ARS via home depot. Had to replace outside unit by a different company because problem was not being taken care of. I have called for past three months to speak to Billing department. I keep getting informed an email is sent for me to be contacted which has not happened but yet my personal checking account keeps getting deducted. How does a customer service representative NOT have contact with billing. Managers have been "cc'd" in emails with NO RESPONSE also. (See More)
