Both Justin and Gerald were great and exceptional workers. They knew what they were doing when installing our new air conditioner unit. Any questions asked, they knew the answers. They both worked consistently until the job was done! Very friendly. Felt safe with them in my home. I was babysitting at the time. I would highly recommend them. (See More)

My father and I cannot thank this gentleman enough! Gerald your expertise, professionalism, and hard charging nature blew us away! It is becoming more and more rare to find individuals such as yourself in this world anymore! You made what my father thought was going to be a crazy experience (with all that was involved) turn out to be something more than just lets get in here and get out of here. Your attitude was exemplary and if I could shake your hand again right now I would and buy you a steak dinner buddy! You are excellent at your trade and it most certainly shows in your work, hold your head high sir! Gerald, Justin, Joey & Mike were polite, professional, patient & attentive. They answered my questions & gave me a tutorial on our new HVAC system. They were respectful of our house by taking extra effort to protect the hardwoods, carpets, stairs, walls & ceiling. Their clean-up was impressive. So far, we love our new system. Doug came by to perform our 6 month heat pump system service/ check up. He found several expensive issues and was very professional when he explained that we would be spending a lot of money on a 15 year old system that was at the end of it's serviceable life. He suggested replacing the system and had their salesman call to schedule a quote. The salesman, Robert, came out the next day to survey our home then explained our options on the system and duct work with cost and savings on energy. The next day, New Years Eve, the work crew, Jerry, Justin, Johnathan and Rob, came to replace our system. The entire crew, was very professional and worked hard to have heat back on that night. Unfortunately one of the technicians missed a rafter and stepped through the front room ceiling, luckily he wasn't hurt, the ceiling can be repaired. Jerry and Justin returned the day after New Years to complete the duct work and had a contractor come out to survey the ceiling damage so he could schedule the repairs. The new heat pump system works great. Overall ARS people did an outstanding job. Great service and great people to deal with. (See More)

These guys make a great team! From the moment they arrived I was impressed. They covered the floors with rugs so no damage or dirt would be carried through the house. DJ and Josh were first to arrive and got straight to work. Justin and Jerry showed up shortly after and then the pace was moving. They worked all day!! I never saw them slow down and they never complained. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone. Very polite and courteous. (See More)
