let's just say Don't call ARS for HVAC. Call anyone else. Installation was substandard. Service was poor, to say the least. My story is too long to put here. But I guarantee you, I will never use ARS again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from these people. Promises made and broken. Appointments made and not kept with no notification. (See More)
