Ray H. serviced our heat pump today, getting ready for winter. We always purchase the service contract, which includes Spring and Fall service to our system. The office worker calls and sets up an appointment with us in a timely fashion. Ray is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, very qualified and personable. Williams Heating & Air did a great job on the installation of our new heat pump and air conditioner. Terry was very good at explaining the choices of different units that would meet our needs and also the rebates on them. Matt and Josh were friendly and professional in the removal of the old units and installing the new units. They did a great job. Matt and Josh installed the new Carrier Heat Pump. Matt did the follow up explained the system in a clear and understanding manner. Both did clean up perfectly and completed the task ahead of schedule. Matt, Josh, Ray, Terry and the whole team worked together with professional courtesy to each and every detail. Service tech arrived on time the same day we called for service. Unit completely shut down on Friday cause found quickly and assessment made to replace entire unit. Tech was prompt, very knowledgeable easy to understand and informative could not ask for more. We are very satisfied with Williams Heating and have done business with this company since 1977 when we had the house built.

I was without air conditioining on Sunday, July 24, 2016 to hottest day of the year so far. I called Williams and got ahold of Ray H. He responded within 45 minutes and repaired my AC within an hour. I could not have asked for anything better. He was polite and informative and di the job well. Bob

The standards of which WH&A give each of their clients are above and beyond what I have ever expected, they are all very professional and productive at what they do. They all have great attitudes and explain everything in ways you understand. I appreciate the service and urgency service that you give me and the service at the shelter to keep all the animals comfortable and healthy, things are much more cleaner with less sickness for the animals, now that they have fresher return of air and heat. Thank you to ALL OF You " from the office to the techs. I recommend highly as do my dogs at home to the shelter animals.
