Matt M********** was a breath of fresh air! Heating and air conditioning service guys are usually not competent enough or ethical enough. Not so with Matt. He knew what he was doing, he did it right and completely (no loose ends), he was efficient, and he did not BS and make me feel he was looking for ways to ramp up the bill. One of the hottest days of the summer and the afternoon before Independence Day yet Westland sent out a tech to fix our A/C. Omar B****** was an exceptional service professional who arrived on time, called ahead, and quickly diagnosed the problem (silly wire eating mice). He replaced the wire and tested the unit before he left. We even passed the time talking about family and gardening issues while we waited for the A/C to check out. Omar deserves a bonus! Thank you for continuing to meet our expectations, Westland H&A/C!

Matt the service tech is very professional in all cases - phone, in person. And even in text! Came next day on a Sunday to fix ac during 90 temps . If this is how Westland operates as a group they are now my full service HVAC provider .

Service to repair was extremely prompt, efficient and professional from working with the dispatcher on the phone; who was extremely effective and efficient; to interacting with the Technician, Ray Neal; who was also very prompt, efficient, professional, and explained in layman's terms the problems and solutions for repairing my central air system, and getting everything back up and running effectively. As soon as I came home I could immediately tell the difference and see that the AC system was finally working. I think that people deserve to be appreciated and my mom (Nermina) and I are very grateful. My cat Simba who has lots of fur is also grateful to be cooled down. Thank you Ray!

Turning on the air conditioner for the first time this year, the outside compressor was unresponsive. We called the company we have been dealing with for 20 years and the soonest they could come out was in 5 days. Granted, this is the first heat wave of the year and most people are turning on their air conditioners for the first time, but its hot and humid now. We called Westland, after checking out their website; their flyer had been inserted in The Westlife newspaper. John came out the next day, explained what was wrong, replaced the part and now the house is cool, 4 days before our 'old' company could arrive. Fast, friendly service!
