not too often I write a second review on a company but its not too often that you find a company with with the values and philosophy that I ran my company with when I was in business. Jose went well above and beyond anything I expected to make sure our families needs were met and we were taken care of. Employees attitudes usually almost always reflect the the tone set by the owners and its very obvious the attitude and values that this companies leadership sets forth in their daily practice. Its really too bad that companies like this are becoming rare as They have made a lifetime customer of me and my friends/ associates.

Jose was on time and very personable. He took time to diagnose what was going on with our air conditioner and explain it to me. he then laid out my options including some advice on ways i might be able to get through the end of this season with the motor i have, hopefully allowing me to make the repairs when my electric bill is several hundred dollars a month less. Finding a business who takes time to go the extra mile seems to get harder and harder to find. Jose is someone who clearly enjoys both the work he does and his employer- and it shows.

I did not experience him as trying to sell us anything we did not need to fix the immediate issue. He is very knowledgeable and explains issues in non technical language. I called three other hvac companies for their "free" second opinion and every single one of them charged "diagnostic fees". I came across Wally's and was able to get an appointment for the very next day with absolutely no hidden fees. Patrick came out to my home, performed a thorough check on our A/C, and provided his detailed and professional opinion. I showed him an estimate from a previous vendor and he noticed almost $1k in unnecessary charges which he explained not only what they were but why they weren't needed. Highly recommend this company for their fast service knowledgeable employees and most importantly, HONEST service. Thank you.

It was obvious Perry knew what he was doing. I told him the symptoms, and he knew exactly where to go to fix it. We’re very impressed with his professionalism and how knowledgeable he was. I came across Wally's and was able to get an appointment for the very next day with absolutely no hidden fees. Air went out yesterday. We have little Noah who spent most of his time vomiting and sweating last night, not to mention no sleep. I phoned a few places, of course this is the very busy season. I was told that it was not possible to help us for at least a week. Then, my superstar, Megan phones Patty at Wally Falke's HVAC. Not only did they make the repair, but it did not cost a cent as I am getting a new one on July through the HERO program!!!!! $11,000 unit with a rebate on the unit price!!! My current unit is 31 years old and has supported us well, but need to retire, graciously. Patrick Norris was an incredible, honest, and professional tech. I highly recommend this company to any and all. I am so thankful for people and companies that put customer service first and are awesome throughout the service experience! Love Patrick Norris!!

I'm beyond touched by this company and their professional and kind business practices. I'm a mother to two kids one being a 5 month old baby. My air went out Thursday night and I called several businesses One being Wally falkes. They politely said they were booked. About five minutes later miss patty called back and said "I'm speaking to my boss and squeezing you in, it's far too hot for a baby. " I literally got tears in my eyes. My son was so sick last night being so hot. I know they are so very busy and to get us in for my son I am beyond overwhelmly grateful for. The tech Patrick was equally amazing and kind. After meeting with 5 other AC companies in the last month trying to get bids on our old AC system which had died in April, I found Wally Falkes through some advice of a friend. Not only did I meet a great technician, Patrick N., but he was genuinely interested in helping me get the old system up and running if there was any life left in it. After an hour of trouble shooting, and a plan, low and behold my system is working. I could not believe my ears, hearing the sweet roar of that old noisy air conditioner running again. Patrick N. was the only technician I have met who actually took our system apart and diagnosed the problem. We are hoping to get another summer out of the system but we have a backup plan ready to go with Patrick N if it dies again. One more thing, I have 5 bids on my kitchen table for new systems from the local "big companies." Wally Falkes AC and Patrick N gave the most reasonable bid for a new more efficient system if we have to go that route. Thank you Patrick N. for taking the time to really explain how to properly run our current system and your honesty. I don't meet people like you every day. You were a blessing to us and we really were impressed by you.

Had my semi-annual service performed this past week by Patrick N. He was very thorough, courteous, and efficient.He made sure to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I have had Wally Falke's folks maintain my HVAC equipment for several years and have been very pleased with their on-site service as well as their customer service. They installed a new system for me in 2015 and I have had zero problems with the equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC systems/service.

Scheduled service four our heating system was done today. Patrick Norris, representing Wally Falke's Heating & Air, performed service on our house heater. He was very professional. He explained, in detail, the type of work he did. He explained the condition of the heater and items that were checked. He did a thorough inspection. Patrick itemized, on the service order, the tests that were performed and the components that were checked. He told us about the type of heater we have and what to possibly expect based on the age of the heater. He did some minor remedial work and told us it looked like the heater would continue to work through the coming cold season. He answered our questions to our satisfaction.
