We have been with Wally Falke for years. Their annual service calls for both our AC and heating have been excellent but what has been the best part of their service contracts has been their emergency service: furnace repair on a freezing January morning, a wkend no less; a Sunday afternoon call on a 100 degree summer day when the AC stops. This was the second Heating and Air company that I called to fix my AC. So glad I did!!! Perry, the technician was knowledgable, friendly, and fixed the problem within a couple hours....In addition, he explained exactly why my AC stopped working in the first place...Thank you Perry...

Jose was very polite and professional. He returned to fix a Freon issue and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also suggested how I could check AC to make sure it was running properly. Wally Falkes lucky to have him.

My regular maintenance man is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick!. I had to reschedule more than once, but the office was totally understanding and eager to work with me.

Had a good experience. Jaime was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only one thing I'd change and that would be the four hour window. Maybe lower it down to two hours. Other than that, I'm very happy with the service.
