We hired Wahl to replace our twenty-year-old boiler with a new High-Efficiency model. The crew was lead by Tony and included Jake, Jason and Alex. They were pleasant, professional and worked quickly and neatly in what was a heavy, dirty and unpleasant operation. It was also cold, since there was no boiler for three days. They never complained—and remained cheerful despite my many, many questions. And the manner in which they connected the new equipment to the old (1906) pipework can only be described as beautiful. Though it was a messy ordeal, they kept the area neat and left it tidy before leaving each night. What impressed me most about this crew was how smart they were. They answered my every esoteric question—with no BS, spin or stretches of plausibility. After three days of having them in my home, I almost miss them. Though I'm happy to have my heat back! Now I am eager to get my next gas bill!

We purchased a Mitsubishi mini-split Heater/Air Conditioner system from Wahl about 20 months ago. It worked well—both in the summer and in the winter—but seems to have had a slow leak of refrigerant. Service Tech (Extraordinaire), Pat Z., identified a "fissure" in the original factory equipment and Wahl replaced the entire unit 20 months into our ownership. Fortunately, we had the extended warranty coverage—which everyone should purchase! Pat Z. is an excellent technician (we always request him). He is smart, competent and very professional. Today, we had two installers (Jake & Alex) who switched-out the unit. Both men were professional, courteous and left the area clean and tidy. One would not even know that they had been here (except that they left us with a new HVAC unit). They were able to answer my questions and were a pleasure to have working in our home. They even put-on booties over their work boots before coming into the house (thank you). Pat Z., Jake and Alex are the type of employees that make Wahl my go-to HVAC and plumbing service provider. Thank you, Wahl!

This was my first time with Wahl heating and cooling. Spoke with Maggie on the phone. She was very courteous. My technician was Aron. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he got to the house and did a thorough examination of my fireplace, he explained everything to me and in detail that I could understand. unfortunately I had an old gas fireplace that was not installed properly and not vented properly and would have to be totally replaced. But Aaron worked on other solutions possibly to help me. Before he left, he checked all my gas hook ups and found a gas leak which I didn’t even know I had. Very pleased with Wahl and would definitely call them again.

My spouse and I had multiple estimates from various heating and cooling companies in the Cranberry Twp area. Wahl Family Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing's customer service was unparalleled - leaps and bounds greater than the competition. The saying 'you get what you pay for' applies here. While their installation prices were higher than others, I sleep well at night knowing that our heating and cooling parts are high quality, the installation was of the highest quality, and we are supported by the best heating and cooling provider in the area. Very unfortunate to read some of the negative reviews on here. No person and no company is perfect, but I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Wahl. Thank you!! The West Family

Waking up to no heat on a cold, December day is not a good way to start the day. However, Wahl dispatched Brad pretty quickly. Even after he diagnosed the root cause, and replaced the broken part, he continued to perform a complete analysis to ensure that there were no other issues lurking. Throughout his visit, he kept me apprised of his progress, and any potential costs. Love it when there are no surprises! Brad's responsiveness and professionalism are reasons why we use Wahl for all our Heating and Cooling needs.

Your technician Steve portrayed himself as an expert and senior employee in comparison to Randy who was very helpful. Steve lied to me deliberately by stating that parts were no longer available for my furnace and that I couldn't repair it. Further, he misdiagnosed the problem and stated that my Furnace had a crack without physically inspecting it. During his visit, Steve did not TOUCH my furnace. He simply observed the failure of the gas to ignite and referenced Randys report (of which I have a copy) stating that Randy said my furnace was cracked on the inside. This was not reflective of what Randy said to me during his service call nor what MY copies of Randys paperwork say. Steve was only interested in selling me a new furnace that I explained I couldn't afford at this time. Before he left he made sure that I signed a piece of paper stating that he did everything I wanted him to do, I assume for his protection. Upon failure to finance he charged me $99 additional for his "service call" and did not fix my problem. A second opinion diagnosed the gas valve and circuit board as easily replaceable parts that are readily available. This is the second time that Steve has come to my home and failed to fix my furnace, the first being in 2016. After Steve left in 2016 Chuck was sent to my home and HE fixed my problem. If Steve is truly a veteran employee and expert then he is quite simply a liar and uses questionable business practices to take advantage of Wahl customers. In hindsight I should have refused to pay him and called Wahl immediately while he was still present, but I was temporarily convinced that I had no other options but to freeze. Steve is a detriment to your company and solely based upon my experience with him and the $99 fee for his "expertise" I am not likely to use WAHL or to recommend your company for heating and cooling services without some form of resolution.

They sent a picture of the completed project to their boss, who asked them to do some more taping, as he wanted it to have a more finished look! This is an AC unit in a closet! I like perfectionists who work on my equipment, and these folks are perfectionists! Anyone who hires them will not be sorry.

Although the true heart of the problem was not found (necessarily), Chuck went above and beyond to check things (and check them again) to be sure to rule everything out that 'could' have caused the problem. He spent time explaining what he did, and was doing, and was open to hearing about prior experiences with the furnace as he was serving the unit. I felt comfortable with his tenure in the industry and confident of his ability to do the work and give me great insight. Wahl was quick and easy to work with, and, seemed to value me as a customer. Happy customer. Will use again/recommend.

Technician was very knowledgeable and determined to find the problem which was tricky. Spent a lot of time and went over all of my options clearly and was patient with all of my questions. Office staff was very friendly and I felt valued as a customer. Ended up needing a new furnace and they gave me a refund for a new part that was put in but not needed since we decided to go with a new furnace. Highly recommend this family owned business.
