Bailey was very courteous and friendly. Also he didn't mind me watching the diagnosis process . The problem was quickly found, could not be fixed without a replacement part that would have to be ordered. My house was steadily getting colder, he did not have any space heaters left in his van. He went back to De Pere to bring me 3 space heaters which heated my home pretty well. This was on a day, 12-30 that didn't get above 0 with a forecast overnight low of -15.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night on one of the coldest days of the year. Patrick was there with in a couple hours and determined we needed a new part, but that he wouldn’t be back until the morning once their suppliers opened up. In the mean time he left us a space heater which was greatly appreciated. That morning we were notified that the part that was needing to be replaced was going to have to be ordered, but that it wouldn’t be in until the next day. Chris H. realized we didn’t have that kind of time to wait around as we were in the middle of some pretty severe negative temps for the next couple of days. So they came back to do what they had to do to get our heat working until they could get us the new part. And they did exactly that. Because Chris H. And Cheyne we had our heat back on by that late afternoon and they didn’t even need the new part that was ordered. Over the course of the 17-18 hours with out heat we dealt with a few different employees due to shift changes and everyone was excellent. They kept great notes between them so it wasn’t like starting over from square one each time we saw a new person. They really made us feel like we were their top priority at getting us our heat back on and safely. Huge thanks to Chris, Cheyne and Patrick! Our family was so thankful we had our warm house back and we’re amazed with how incredibly easy you guys were to work with. Highly recommend!

We have a boiler system for heat and we weren't getting any heat on the second floor. I attempted to bleed the system with didn't seem to help, so we made a call for the professionals to come. Chris was our service pro, and he was great. Turned out the pressure was low on the boiler which I had no idea how to fix and there was an air lock in the pipes that he was able to get out. The upstairs now heats and everything is great again.The price was also great, we paid under $100 for our visit. He also gave us some great tips on carbon monoxide detectors that I didn't know and my wife and I are now looking into to as well as recommended a tune up on the boiler which we new we were over due for. We will definitely be scheduling that with Van's. Thanks Van's and Chris for getting us warmed up again. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling services. UPDATE: We had Jason and Richie come out and install a new boiler for us. They were very professional and did the 2 day job while keeping us heat for the night from out old boiler. Each day they showed me the work they had gotten done and explained what still needed to be finished for the next day. After they were finished, they showed me our new boiler and how it was hooked up and even treated us to some extras due to the ease of future upgrades we are planning on as well as just not wanting to create trip hazards for us. I would definitely recommend them for anybody looking to get a new boiler installed in their home.

I've had a few estimates now for replacing A/C, furnace and doing whole home air purification and dehumidifying. Nick took the time to plan out the perfect game plan in terms of the size of my house and what made the most sense. He didn't push for the most expensive units because he listened to what my concerns were and he developed a plan that works best for me. Also, he's doesn't take a "close the sale on day one" approach. I'm in sales as well and hate pushy nonsense. In this day and age with all the competition out there, that method is simply antiquated.

Is there anything worse than standing barefoot in front of that vent by your kitchen sink with your hands in hot dishwater in 90 degree weather and not having the refreshing nip of AC coming out of that vent by your toes? Answer: YES... but only if you are in 100 degree weather. My 25 year old AC unit (came with the house when I bought it) finally gave up the ghost on Sunday and first thing Monday morning Van's Heating and Air Condition had a service tech out to my house to confirm the dreaded prognosis: "You are out of refrigerant" (aka magical stuff that makes the air cold). Technical sidebar: The diagnostics run on unit and in home verify these findings which were shared by technician with 100% transparency. Where did it go? I will probably never know and I have to somehow find a way to live with that. I can either purchase more refrigerant which costs more than gold stored at Fort Knox and get additional non-quality time with my old AC unit or buy a newer younger shinier model. Within hours of the diagnosis, a Comfort Care advisor, Nick Titel, came to my house, assessed my entire HVAC system and my situation. He offered multiple price points, clearly explained the cost differences and didn't pressure me into a decision. After price comparisons, and research on reviews, I decided to purchase a new system with Van's. RIP old AC Unit.

Woke up New Years Eve. Furnace was out. Called Van's and received a service call within one hour. Needed a new furnace. They installed it that day. Customer service was very good. They explained everything and were very professional in their workmanship. Steve in De Pere.

Company great to work with. Nick T, was great to work with. He was sales person that came out to write estimate for furnace/ac. He was able to work well with my husband who has a very sarcastic personality. Nick seemed to fit right in with him. My husband was a contractor so he understands the ins and outs a lot when it comes to sales people and trying to sell something. Nick, was not the typical sales person. He listened to everything we had to say and wasn't pushy. He was able to work with us on pretty much everything. He also wasn't trying to rush us or try to get us to purchase something we didn't need. I would recommend Van's, and would recommend Nick T any time. I know I won't go with anyone else. I also have to say Michelle M was willing to help me outside her business hours with questions and am always happy with the service provided. Can't wait to get my furnace and new A/C. They were able to get me financing and get me a new furnace with in matter of a couple days. Which I believe only reason it was a couple days because my husband has to move some things around and tear down a wall cause we are moving the location of our furnace. Again. Can't say anything bad so far, and I'm sure the installers will be just as awesome to work with.
