Had our season check up with Patrick. He was able to answer all the questions I thru his way and I now better understand how our system functions. Glad we get someone 2 times a year to keep the furnace and air conditioner in tip top shape. Especially when we have those high temps. Van‘s is always reliable. Glad to know the additional piece we added to the furnace got rid of all the mold. We don’t have to breathe any of those bad fumes. Thanks Patrick.....see you this winter.

Extremely disappointed in this company won’t not recommend them to anyone. They totally tried to scam us, totally unfair. They told us we would have to pay anywhere from $1,020 to fix or 4,000 for a new AC unit. Also said that R22 to recharge our AC is now at $185 lb and well it’s not we only paid $79 lb. We had someone come for another opinion and we ended up getting it complete for $250.03. We payed 83.00 just for a service fee and a huge waste of our time and money!!!! Extremely Disappointed!!!

I felt bad because they were still there after 6, but it was very much appreciated. Overall, I can't say enough about how thorough and professional they were. If you can please share my gratitude with them and their managers. I felt they definitely went above and beyond, as did you in being patient with Lisa and I through the process. We were obviously a bit upset at the previous owners for putting us in the situation, but you and the team turned it into a positive experience. You guys did it again, thank you! Zach Sargent came out this afternoon and figured out the issue with great skill, intelligence and excellent detective work, haha! It was fun watching him get to the bottom of the electrical issue. And when he flipped that switch, oh my, what a great moment when the A/C unit began spinning again. The parts were covered from a week ago, so I wasn't charged a thing, but I made him take a bunch of cold drinks. haha! The least I could've done, Zach was so excellent at his job! I will be getting a new unit in the not too distant future. Thanks again, Van's! You guys scored another home run! Excellent service and great techs!

Eugene and Bailey did an excellent job of taking down the old furnace and AC, got to work installing the new AC and furnace. They wore their booties in the house, were very polite and courteous with all our questions. They picked up after themselves and went on the the next step of installation. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. After putting in a full day, Eugene returned about a week or so later and installed the piece that had to be made in part of the furnace and installed that. We had questions on the new thermostat and he worked with us on the settings. Very informative and well explained. Very pleasant to work with both of them. I would recommend Van's One Hour to any of our friends .

Technician was professional. But had a capacitor replaced in my ac. Charged me $158. Could of got the part for $15 on line. Called to talk about it and was told Shane was in a meeting and would get back to me. Day later still waiting!
