Chris and, I believe, Jeremy, (who accompanied Chris before meeting another client) were pleasant, considerate and professional. In trying to determine a vexing problem in my gas fireplace, Chris was patient, committed and diligent, until he narrowed it down to a reasonable diagnosis, calling his more experienced colleague for further advice and confirmation. He answered all my questions with deliberation and attention. Completing the full autumn maintenance, his time and dedication to servicing our heating system was as thorough at the end as in the beginning. Please let him know of my satisfaction. TCS continues to fulfill its promise for the highest quality service.

I am so pleased with the work done by Total Comfort Solutions that I am posting a review, which I NEVER do! TCS helped me out in a terrible situation - they were the only plumbing company in town who would get the water back on in my house the same day. They replaced my hot water heater as soon as possible, and made every effort to help me out. Trevor was the best! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and he took the time to explain things to me when asked. There aren't enough stars to give him!!! Thank you Total Comfort Solutions for providing the best customer service I could have asked for.
