They rechecked everything to make sure everything was working right and told me if I had any problems they would come. I would recommend this company to anyone, and especially the crew I had. Everything is working so far. When they left,everything was cleaned up where they worked.

I had a problem with my oil burner and my carbon monoxide detector went off during the night. They sent Daniel M. out today and he did a great job. He was very courteous and professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He was a very genuine person and I would be happy to have him in my home doing work anytime. Prices are always a bit high but I know things are going to be done right and will be guaranteed. T.E. Spall has been keeping my old oil burner going for many years now.

Had issues with our heating system, I had a service appointment already set. Jake from Spall stopped out and was very helpful and diligent in trying to get out system up and running. He tried many different options to trouble shoot the problem, he felt it was the control board and it would need to be ordered and a price given. Aaron was out today he brought a new board and gave me the price of the repair. After doing some prior research about my current furnace I had concerns of doing repair. So I asked Aaron to give quotes on just the repair and also on replacing my furnace or replacing my entire system including the central air. Aaron was very detailed and worked everything up that I asked for. We made our choice and will wait for the time to have our new system installed. Aaron also took the time to get our furnace up and running again ( at no additional cost ) until the system is installed. We have a backup fireplace but it was still great that they made sure we were ok before leaving. If the rest of my experience goes as well as my encounter with both Jake and Aaron things should be fine.

Had my first annual maintenance appointment this month for my heating unit and all went great. Tammy called to let me know Jeremy was en route and 30 mins later he was at my door. Jeremy was very polite and within one hour systems were cleaned and tested. No problems!

There was an issue with a manufacturer's product. Numerous attempts made to correct it but to no avail. Tom Spall decided to bring in the heavy machinery and made the permanent fix. That is taking pride in your work.

I was very pleased with my recent service experience with TE Spall. Tami took my call on Tuesday and worked with me to schedule my service on a day that I could be home. She even called me back when I had a specific request to let me know that she had not forgotten it and would be getting back to me morning of my service. Wayne arrived promptly within The timeframe allotted, made sure to cover his shoes, followed me downstairs and listened to my concerns. I was expecting to have to replace the part which would have been very costly. He was able to diagnose the problem without charging me for extra parts and labor that I did not need. I really appreciated his experience & professionalism. I would highly recommend TE Spall.

I got a call yesterday to confirm my appointment to have my heating unitS checked under my service contract which I pay for monthly. When I told the caller that I DIDNOT set up an appointment the individual calling apologized for the mistake. Now I get an emai with the pictures of the T.E.Spall rep and tech asking me how I liked this service? I DID NOT HAVE any service done yet. Does this mean that you think I did and when I schedule it you'll tell me that I'll have to pay for another heating service review. Please let me know, because in this case I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Please let me know. Again I repeat, although I am paying monthly for a service contract with T.E Spall. I did not yet schedule someone to inspect my heating units, nor did anyone from T.E. Spall inspect my units during October 2017 as indicated in your email today asking about my opinion of the service I received.
