Tech was almost one hour later than scheduled appointment window. Did not call until I had contacted Symbiont to find out why he did not arrive. Compared to previous years I have to say this tech's people skills leave a lot to be desired. Very little interaction with the customer. Never entered the house to check any thing out.

Upon returning from Maine on a Sunday evening to find we were a mean 80 degrees and no air was disappointing. Monday morning we called Symbiont and late that day Chad showed up. I told him that just over a year ago we bought a new Lennox from Symbiont although our old unit was still working fine. We had the unit serviced in May just before we headed to Maine. Chad checked out the inside unit and then proceeded to work outside (In the rain) to assess the malady. He soon came in and informed us the Freon was leaking from a defective compressor. Not sure it would be covered by Lennox but indicated he would battle for us to get it covered. He upped the Freon and told us he would see the part was ordered. We are still waiting but have been cool inside. He was a very competent and cordial technician and his efforts to help us with a unit that was just over a year old was appreciated. After hurricane Irma passed, we returned to our home around 5:30 p.m. on Sept 11th to find the air conditioning was off. We checked the breakers in the fuse box and re-set them...didn't help. Our thermostat had a message on it that said the condenser unit was missing. We checked the outside unit, found no damage, re-flipped that switch. My husband even crawled into the attic to check the air handler. Desperate, because I have COPD and was having difficulty breathing in the heat and humidity, we called Symbiont's answering service around 7:30 p.m. A technician called back and said he would be here in an hour because he had another prior call to take care of. A few minutes later, another tech called (Brett L) and said he was going to take the call. He got here in 15 or 20 minutes. Brett was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and friendly. He totally re-programmed the thermostat and then waited with us to make sure the a/c was working properly. We had cooling by 8:30. . Thanks to Symbiont for quick response and especially to Brett L. For outstanding service.

Our experience with Symbiont Service Corp was A through the entire process. What started out with a service call finalized with installing a brand new system.I spoke and dealt with numerous people in this organization and they were all extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Our first technician explained the problem and shared photos of what he had found. We were provided a quote to repair in a very timely manner. We then opted to meet with Mike K and get a quote to replace our old worn out system. He gave us a quote on the spot. The 2 sets of technicians who came out to do the installation were great. We had no interruption to our business and they were very good about keeping a clean work site. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great job and kudos to the entire staff!

Told us what was needed and predicted the timing of getting the part, etc. He was very accurate with his prediction. Got the job done very efficiently once the part was in. Kept the house comfortable in the meantime. Answered questions and knew what he was doing. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks for a great job!
