I highly recommend Sweetwater for their services. We got a water softener and carbon filtration system installed through them. The company is very professional, and they take care of their customers. Such an ease of mind. Jeff Bononcini helped us through out the process. He is extremely helpful and very responsive. He did a water test at our house and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He is very patient and super friendly. He is not just selling the product and be done with it. He called me several times to follow up and he answered all of my question promptly anytime I bugged him. I definitely enjoyed working with the Sweetwater Home Services and Jeff Bononcini. You wouldn't regret your decision at all if you chose them for your needs.

Very insightful and knowledgeable group of people. Incredibly professional. They follow up, ensure quality experience is had. I was very wary of getting another soft water solution to replace the one I had but the difference between what I had and what RainSoft provided is night and day. Justin was immensely knowledgeable in his field. When he came out the first time to do the water test about a year and a half ago, we were blown away by his expertise and friendliness. He connects with you as a human, not like just another customer. One of the best parts of the experience in buying our softener, was that he was not pushy like other sales agents.
