We had several lights ran in our kitchen and dinning room to include new switches and placements of recessed and fixtures. They came out great. The team was flexible with changes we had to make due to findings during our renovation and didn’t try and oversell us on anything—we went with their advise and it was perfect. They worked around other contractors we had coming in and out to make all our timing work. We’ll for sure go back to them for any future electric work we need done.

Stafford Electric is professional and gets the job done. Like most top providers they seem to cost a little more but they are worth it! In the end you probably save money. For example, I had them come out to install a Ring video doorbell. When they discovered it would not work with our current doorbell, they told me so and did not charge anything. Other electricians would have hit me at least with a trip charge. Very appreciated!

Steve was great gave updates every so often and did a quality job. Was also able to answer problems and come back and fix a glass fixture the next week. Would definitely use again.

Timely after hours service. There was a $100 fee for that, but given the smoking electrical components we were dealing with, we were happy to pay the extra fee. We’ve always had good experiences with Stafford, even if they are on the pricey side.

Chris and Jacob are a terrific team. They arrived on time, answered my husbands questions and then got right to work. We had a furnace, air conditioner, water heater replaced and a electrical sub panel installed. We were very pleased with the knowledge Chris had in handling the HVAC and electrical portions of the job. On the last day of install I wasn’t home when he completed the job but appreciated that he called to ask if I had any questions. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our project.

They were upfront on their pricing which was very reasonable. Dan was completely professional and very thorough. He found and replaced a broken capacitor and then checked out the rest of the HVAC inside and outside to assure that everything was working well.

Stafford Home Service installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home in June 2019. We are very pleased with the customer service, communication and equipment. The coordinating communication with Trukenna was great - she never missed a beat. The workers came on time, and were respectful, efficient and good to have in our home. The equipment has made all the difference- we could tell immediately how the air conditioner cooled the air so evenly in each room throughout the house. It feels so different from what we had before! And the customer service post installation was exceptional: Jason took time to listen to our follow up questions; he was so patient, kind, then forwarded that information to Dan, the owner. Dan came the very next day to follow through. He had a lot of ideas that could answer our questions to maximize the system questions we had, and he implemented them all! We researched furnace companies for almost a year and saved money for two years for the new furnace and a/c. These purchases are worth the research time, as it is a pretty major upgrade to a home. It was worth the wait to choose Stafford.
