The entire process from getting a quote, scheduling to installation was excellent. We had everything installed in less than 24 hours after our old furnace went out. Nathan was quick to provide a quote with all available options and answered our questions. Technicians came at scheduled time, replaced furnace and A/C unit and explained how to use our new furnace. Special thanks for Nathan's help, excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with their service and we highly recommend Southport.

She really wanted to express how well they did and how kind they were. She also said Nate was very professional and helped her with all her "girl" questions and she felt that she actually learned more about furnaces from him. She is EXTREMELY pleased with Southport, she will definitely be recommended people to us.
