Brian G**** came out to install a whole new AC system and did a great job! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He kept me informed of his progress and made sure everything was neat and clean when he finished, He also went out of his way to be helpful as the sales person never mentioned that an electrician would have to come out the day after Brian finished the installation to complete the hookup. I was not going to be home the next so Brian reached out to Matt A*****, another South Shore employee and asked him if he could come that evening to complete the job. Matt showed up after hours and worked for two hours to complete the job! Talk about above service above and beyond the call! These two great employees epitomize "customer service" and I hope South Shore knows how lucky they are to have have them. Hats off to Brian and Matt but not so much to the sales person who neglected to tell me about the necessity for an electrician.

Please have you sales department contact me for a quote on a new unit on the balance of the house that is not now air conditioned. It is probably requires a 2 ton unit. I would like to install it in the fall of 2019.

Boiler was leaking and had to be shut down. Called South Shore, they investigated same day then installed new boiler next day. My long time provider had said because it is summer it would take six weeks before they could get to the problem.

On my first review I neglected to mention my first contact with South Shore Heating & Cooling who was a delightful  young woman named Brooke aka “Brooklyn.” She was the one who actually sold me on this company. People who deal directly with customers all day don’t often get the credit they deserve which is why I’m singling out Brooke. I know she was juggling a lot of phone calls the day I called, but she was patient, charming, a good listener, and I hung up thinking that this was kind of company I wanted to do business with. I am SO glad we switched to South Shore Heating & Cooling! Finally, we are dealing with a company that hires people who know what they’re doing. This morning, Michael Cottrell did a great job servicing our somewhat complicated air conditioning system. He also helped us have a better understanding of how we can deal with an ongoing problem. Bottom line, he’s smart. I know that South Shore has other good people working there, but if they happen to send Michael Cottrell to your house, consider yourself blessed!

Michael showed up on time and was courteous and helpful. Listened to the problem and then went to work fixing it. We have an older AC unit and Michael did a great job getting to the problem and fixing it. Thanks again Michael.
