This couldn’t have been easier or more efficient. It was only a few days from signing up at Costco for a rep to come out. He did 2 days later, suggested the best option for my house. I ordered, and 2 more days they were installed.(They had a cancellation). Everyone was very polite, respectful, efficient and tidy. No mess left behind. And an added bonus, all 4 men fell in love with my dog(at his insistence!), and were very kind and tolerant with him. A great company.

I did a lot of research on heat pumps and heat pump providers/installers. We ultimately chose a ****** heat pump and Shines Energy as the provider/installer. Our decision was based on our research and the recommendations by others. Shines Energy first had a professional come to our house to do an assessment, recommendation and quote. He spent an hour going through our house and assessing our needs for our two story house. On the day of the install, Shines Energy sent an experienced HVAC installer, an experienced electrician (he has already done over 2,000 heat pump installs) and an all-round experienced installer. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. Hard to believe any other heat pump provider/installer could compete with Shines Energy. If you are thinking about a heat pump, we highly recommend a ****** heat pump provided and installed by Shines Energy! Their service, workmanship and installation are excellent. You will not be disappointed with Shines Energy.

From our first experience with Brett to define what best fit our needs, to Derek for coordinating a very fast install, and the install team; Mike and Colton, we had excellent service. They arrived on time, were efficient and clean in doing the install and made sure the exterior piping was installed in a way that flowed well with the house lines. A great experience.

I asked for a day earlier than I thought I could get and got it. Excellent service from the office staff and sales person. The units were installed very quickly and then operation of the units was explained to me and my wife. There were lots of questions and every on was answered. We have only had our heat pumps since March, 2019, but have already reaped the benefits of this technology. We have an older home which is not well insulated and has draft issues from windows which need to be replaced. We also have forced air heating. We always seemed to be chilled during the cold months. Since installing our new heat pumps, it has been consistently warm and cozy. Very comfortable. We haven’t had them long enough to comment on cost savings as far as oil purchases go but feel confident that we will see savings down the road. Can’t wait to try the air conditioner when the hot weather arrives. The staff from Shines Energy were awesome to work with, particularly our Representative, Jerry Schnare. So far, it has been a great experience and we are happy with our decision to install heat pumps.

My oil furnace was failing and I thought it was time for it to go. It was December, the beginning of Winter, and I had to make the decision under a bit a bit of duress. The Shines staff were helpful, put together a cost effective proposal and got the unit installed in time for Christmas. They were efficient and professional. The unit has worked well and now that we are into spring, I would say my real cost savings over the oil furnace are about 40%. Definitely recommend getting rid of oil, for all of the obvious reasons: smelly, dangerous, unreliable, carbon footprint etc and putting in a heat pump, and definitely recommend getting these guys to do it.

Shines Energy is well positioned with Costco presence, admired their staffed display & engaged them for a quote. I had 3 full quotes over the past 12 months. Jerry from Sales visited twice to help me decide, was the most informative of the 4 quotes on their LENNOX lineup. I felt comfortable with the price & it wasn't the lowest but it had solid info & solid booking timeline, qualified professional installers Matt & Kyle & others Hubert the electrician. My 3 head mini split was installed on time, team was through & gave proper property clean up, respectful & gave a top shelf introduction to the equipment & service. Well done lads. If you are fishing for a solid heat pump quote & crew, Shines Energy is a great catch. 5 stars folks.
