From scheduling of the initial appointment to completion of my repair 24 hours later, Shamrock exceeded my expectations on every level. Communication is critical to my satisfaction level and Shamrock kept in constant contact with me on all aspects of the appointment. They provided status updates on the technicians projected arrival time, informed me of diagnostic steps along the way and provided five (hand-written) options to correct my air conditioning problem from a short term fix to a full rebuild. Associated prices allowed me to select an option that best fit my budget. No high pressure sales or slick salesmanship! Sean was professional, courteous, thorough, and patiently answered my many questions. You'll have good luck with Shamrock!

Jay was our representative on our last service call. He did an outstanding job helping us with our problematic situation regarding the air flow in one of our rooms. No one has yet been able to help with this problem, but Jay explained the reason we were not getting the proper air flow and fixed it in a timely, efficient manner. We are very grateful for his hard work and time he spent helping us and highly recommend him to other customers. I feel he deserves five stars for his work. Way to go Jay. Kevin and Marlene Grimsley, and of course, Baylee, Blueberry and Fairway. They are happy too.
