The customer service department arranged for a service call the day after I called to tell them I was concerned about a leak. Mike Cooper came out and did everything he could that day to get the situation under control and he arranged for the air conditioner and handler to be replaced that weekend. This company did their best to work with my budget and we're very understanding. Frank was the gentleman that answered the phone for me @ 5:00 in the morning! They really are an amazing team! I will suggest them to all I know for AC repairs. Truly went above and beyond!

The motor on our ac unit went out on Sunday 5/13. I called and spoke with a nice gentleman who said he'd have the on call service tech call me. Within 45 minutes Colby called and was at our home in no time. He was very polite and immediately found the problem. He explained what he would do to get the ball rolling to have our motor replaced. (don't want to bore you with all the details!) He said the girls in the office would call me Monday morning to schedule a repair visit. He even called back later Sunday evening to verify what he had done. I spoke with Kim on Monday morning and made the arrangement for the tech to come & replace the motor that afternoon. The tech called prior to the appt, said he had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to meet earlier. (wonderful!!) I met him at my home, he was in and out in no time!! Overall, my experience with your company has been wonderful. Colby was fantastic! A great representative for your company. Kim in the office was also great and Mike was the man at my home on Monday who did the actual repair, another good employee. Kudos to all three and to your company. I will (and have) give you great "word of mouth" advertising!!

I inherited Servair when I bought my house in 1993. They have always been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable whether I am dealing with them at the office or for service and installation. Tony was the most recent service tech - he improved my air conditioning, taught me things about my system I did not know, and worked to help me extend the life of the system without costing me an arm and a leg. Before I retired if I came home from school and the air was out, I could call and they always were able to come out and fix the problem that day. Thank-you for always delivering great service.

Although they were unable to save my old AC unit the service was beyond any I could have hoped for. The first service tech, Cody, felt bad when he had to give me the bad news. "Your AC has died". After leaving, he called and return,(no additional charge) with another technician, Tony, to try just once more to no avail. May my Lennox RIP and may Serv Air be proud of these guys that are part of their crew.

My a/c went out on a Sunday. I left a message on Servair's answering machine that I was interested in a new a/c. I was surprised that Tony called back the same day and said he could come out to give me an estimate. After we agreed on a unit that would be appropriate for my home, he then went outside and got the old unit going so we would be comfortable for the night. The next day the new a/c was installed. That is what you call excellent service!! Tony came back a few days later to check out the installation as he said he would. He spent time repositioning vents, explaining the operation of the unit and thermostat (high tech stuff you know). If anyone would ask me where they should purchase a new central a/c unit, I would certainly recommend Servair in Edgewater. 5 star rating from start to finish!!!

I have used Servair for a couple of years and they have always recommended the most cost effective solution to any problem. Never have they tried to upsell me to a more expensive or unneeded option. That is rare in the a/c service repair business. They have earned my trust and business.

This is my first experience with Servair, and I would recommend this company to my friends or anyone who asks me if I know of a good heat & air company. The service tech, Tony Adorante, was a real gem. He was courteous, knew his business, was efficient and offered suggestions. I'm a 72-year-old single woman and new to the area, so I didn't know who to call. Servair was recommended, and was assured that I could trust them to do a good job. After my experience, I now know why the company is talked about in such a positive manner.
