Alex, Chad & Alex are wonderful, both personally & professionally. Alex D. has been our Sanford maintenance representative for many years and has become a tangential member of the family. Chad is a very welcome addition to our team. While Alex R. was only on-site briefly, he exuded all the same "vibe" and we look forward to his further involvement. In addition, we have become familiar with Dale Sanford (the owner) and consider him & his company to be our "go-to" supplier for our A/C needs.

Called ahead when heading to the appointment and arrived on time. The technician was very well versed with both my furnace and AC units, and completed a thorough maintenance with clear follow-up details to address needed repairs. Prices were respectable and competitive.

Alex D and Chad installed a replacement Fujitsu mini-split condenser that Fujitsu covered under warranty. They did a great job. Friendly, professional and courteous. System seems to be working, but it's too cool to tell if the AC works well. We will have to see what happens when it warms up. Sanford installed the system 7 years ago. It was expensive and has had several problems and leaks. Hopefully we will be set for awhile. My only concern is, I think like others here have stated, Sanford's pricing is on the high side. Next time I need work done I'll shop around for estimates. We have their membership plan and they do inspect the system once a year. I guess that is a good thing. Overall fairly happy.

I scheduled a system check of our furnace with Sanford after receiving an offer in the mail upon buying a new home, and had the pleasure of meeting their technician Zach today. Zach was very friendly, professional and incredibly thorough. He answered every question I had concerning my furnace, and even took the time to explain how each part worked, which I really appreciated. While we very fortunately have not had any issues with our heat, it was wonderful to get confirmation that everything was in good working order, and even better knowing we can contact the friendly team members at Sanford if we have any issues. Thank you Zach!

Alex and Chad did a great job. At no fault of Sanford or Chad/Alex, a local supplier provided us a bad batch of fittings. This caused a slight delay in completion. However, Alex, Chad and Al all stepped up and located new fittings. They worked into the evening to make sure the new boiler was up and running so as not to leave us without heat or hot water. All were great to have at the house. Our new Rinnai combo system has been up and running for about 10 days now. It is quiet and I can already see a huge decrease in propane consumption. Of course, Dale and his staff have been great to work with as well.

Mike and another tech whose name I don’t recall did an excellent job with my central a/c installation. They were professional, courteous and picked up after themselves. The thermostat was the only real issue and is not reflective of the tech’s performance rather the company needs to work on the device. I found that the app doesn’t work we tried many times to register the thermostat and could not so I am using the website, the scheduling was problematic i did resolve that too...again issue with the device the schedule feature reverts back to default when going back into that feature instead of allowing minor changes I have to start over again. Overall a great experience.
