What can I say, Samm's people who installed my Trane HVAC replacement system were marvelous. The team of Marcus, Roger, Karl, Aury and Simeon were very professional and helpful with my questions Karl on the installation follow-up, fully explained the Nexia features of the ComfortLink thermostat. The City Inspector on inspecting the installation, commented " great installation " he seemed impressed. Samm"s telephone support are real people on call, not a computer menue;, helped me from installation start to completion. The Trane HVAC with the variable compressor unit I chose runs great and is power efficient, worth the cost. Good HVAC and very pleased with Samm"s, would highly recommend ....

Jesus S and Marcus provided an estimate and they were very friendly, and efficient. They made sure that what I was getting fit the space as they measured each room to make sure the system he would recommend would fit us. Being that our install date was a week away, they were able to loan us a couple of window ac units which helped us a lot. Highly recommend them!

I will admit, I was a little skeptical of Samm’s Heating and Air Conditioning – even more so when I was initially given a window of 7PM – 11PM on my inquiry for service. Since I figured my issue wasn’t an emergency, I opted for a Saturday morning appointment with a window of 8AM-12PM. Tim Salomon was my technician and he went straight to work once I explained my issue to him. He listened intently looked at my thermostat, control board and compressor. It wasn’t an easy fix and took him a couple of hours to assess the issue, diagnose the problem and fix it. He explained his process and kept me in the loop while fixing the issue. The best part…there was no upsell on anything. He was straightforward and thorough. I would highly recommend Samm’s based on Tim’s outstanding service.

Perfect experience all the way through from the quote phase to final clean-up. This was a big purchase for us as we had to replace our AC system for our downstairs. We had three companies quote the job and hands down, Samm's was the most comprehensive, thorough, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Leading up to the install day, they were in constant contact, ensuring we knew what was going to happen. On the install day, Roger managed a team of folks with extreme precision, attention to detail and thouroughness. Very happy with the work they did.

Timothy Salomon was timely, courteous, and diligent in assisting in the mantainence and repair of my AC unit. He went above and beyond, as he helped me switch out the filters, fix the screws that I messed up when trying to fix the unit myself, and waited an exceptionally long time to ensure the AC unit was fixed. As a first time homeowner, I appreciated the patience and diligence.
