I had obtained bids from several companies. From the first visit by Royal Oak Heating and Central Air, including written proposal to the installation of the furnace and central air, everything was top notch. The crew, Rick, Eric and Russel, were a great team and managed to install all of it in one day. The service was courteous and they were very helpful. All units were thoroughly explained and any questions answered. Clean up was spotless. I highly recommend this company for any type of service they provide.

The tech, Jacob, didn’t have a mask with him but I provided 1 for him before entering my home to adjust the temperature and checked my furnace as he requested.

I have always had great service from RO Heating & Cooling. My latest problem came in the form of an old water heater that started leaking. It was late in the evening when I discovered this problem, so I filled out a service request on their website informing them that I needed a new water heater ASAP. They contacted me the next morning and told me they had the parts and technicians available to do the install that day! Luckily my wife was home from work, so she was able to be there for them to do the work. And I found out later that one of the technicians was Jake, who always comes to service our furnace. Jake is always professional, courteous, and always does great work. He even saved our furnace one year when it went out on a very cold winter day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RO Heating & Cooling.

Like all your service technicians over the last 20 years, Riley was prompt, on time and called ahead of his arrival. Riley was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He explained what service work he did and his assessment of the overall condition of my older furnace. Also over the years, when I had an emergency call, your company always made the effort to send out a service technician as quickly as possible. I always recommend you knowing you always do great work and care about your customers! Your prices are also always competitive, including emergency calls!
