Jake came out within an hour of calling and had our air conditioner up and running within the next hour. Straight forward and responsive company. On a 93 degree day to have someone get out to your house and have the A/C running in under 2 hours is unheard of and appreciated!

The work crew, Rick, Eric and Russell, were extremely professional. courteous and did the install of furnace and central air unit in one day. Rick explained the process before beginning and the work was done by the team in an expedient manner. The units functions were explained by Russell at the finish and all questions answered. We called Royal Oak heating and cooling when our air went out and we had been working with another company who was not being very helpful. Within 30 minutes of my phone call, Riley showed up and knew almost immediately what the issue was. He fixed the problem and had our air up and running in about an hour. The solution was affordable and Riley was very nice to work with. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out especially since we were first time customers. I will definitely be using Royal oak heating and cooling from now on and recommending them to friends and family.

As part of our spring inspection that is part of the annual service contact we have with Royal Oak H & C,, we were given comprehensive information about our air conditioning unit and what we need to consider concerning the timing of a replacement of the aging unit. Also, Paul pointed out a potential problem with an electrical box that was warmer than normal and thus might be a fire hazard. This box was not part of the air conditioning unit but Paul was an astute observer and noticed the problem. This was a thoughtful and timely suggestion as it could have caused a fire and I would never noticed it was overheating as it was located in an inconspicuous spot under the switch panel in a rarely used closet. Like Paul, the folks who have come to inspect and service our equipment are most pleasant, knowledgable and thorough. We are loyal customers and feel fortunate to have their outstanding service.
