I had obtained bids from several companies. From the first visit by Royal Oak Heating and Central Air, including written proposal to the installation of the furnace and central air, everything was top notch. The crew, Rick, Eric and Russel, were a great team and managed to install all of it in one day. The service was courteous and they were very helpful. All units were thoroughly explained and any questions answered. Clean up was spotless. I highly recommend this company for any type of service they provide.

Jim did an excellent job of restoring my air conditioning service during a particular hot and humid stretch of summer. I work the Midnight shift at Beaumont Hospital R.O., and I need A.C. all day long to sleep and then be ready for my patients all night long. I have always had great service from RO Heating & Cooling. My latest problem came in the form of an old water heater that started leaking. It was late in the evening when I discovered this problem, so I filled out a service request on their website informing them that I needed a new water heater ASAP. They contacted me the next morning and told me they had the parts and technicians available to do the install that day! Luckily my wife was home from work, so she was able to be there for them to do the work. And I found out later that one of the technicians was Jake, who always comes to service our furnace. Jake is always professional, courteous, and always does great work. He even saved our furnace one year when it went out on a very cold winter day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RO Heating & Cooling.
