Johnathan did a great job replacing the main water shut-off valve and washing machine hook-up in my condo. The activity required one of the main water supplies to the building to be shut off while the work was in process. John was able to start earlier than planned, worked efficiently and minimized the inconvenience to the other condo owners. Jon is respectful of Covid protocol, wore his mask and shoe coverings. Jonathan B was our technician. He was here on time and in and out very quickly after replacing two valves under a bathroom sink. He also was very patient with my annoying questions regarding other aspects of my house, and gave me some good tips for dealing with old and corroding valves. The company is a little expensive but for the service and to actually have found a decent plumber now, it is worth it.

Jonathan B. did a very nice job of putting in a kitchen faucet for us. He was very thoughtful wearing a mask, wiping the screen where you sign your name and also very courteous. He advised us on a future potential addition of an additional bathroom, with the plumbing pipe runs, etc. after he finished the installation. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Scott showed up on time and within the first five minutes he enabled me to assess his professionalism with experience beyond his years. He quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem and proceeded to communicate with clarity how he planned to make the necessary repair. He then thought carefully about the best way to write up the estimate and when it could be completed. He is forthright, personable, and honest... I recommend without any reservations whatsoever!

Bill was very courteous and professional. He listened to problem I was having with the toilet, which is nice when you’re a senior, and explained what needed to be done. He showed me the broken part being replaced and also checked the rest of the parts to make sure in working order. This is not the first time I’ve used Ricks Plumbing and I will continue to use their company.

Our 10yr old water heater wouldn't light after a few attempts. I called Rick's Plumbing and they sent Danny over right away. Danny was great, he was able to find the issue, igniter and burner and find the cost and part quickly. Given the age of the heater I opted to get a new one and Danny was able to get a new one and returned with Dante. Both employees worked quickly to install the new heater. They were respectful, clean and happy to explain everything they were doing. Would easily use them again for any plumbing needs
