The tech, Jordy, was great and explained the issues going on and my choices for service and prices. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue using them in the future! UPDATE: Had another great experience today with R&S. I had a different tech today, Nate, come for my preventative maintenance. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Once there, he was very professional, worked quickly and was very courteous. I have recommended R&S to several family members and friends and recommend them for you too!

Wonderful staff and service. **** was in and out with the nozzle replacement. The only critique is the price quote. It was quoted as $89.00 for call amount (minimum of one hour) and ended up being $261.00. **** said that the call charge to show up was the $89.00 but said the hourly charge was an additional $189.00.. Keep that in mind when you're pricing a small repair or easy fix. Great service, on time but confusing/misleading rates.

Called after 5 pm talked to a real person they scheduled a tech to come out later that night They checked out problem and had to order a motor they will fix in the morning. Very satisfied with this company

Was so happy with his work and customer service that I signed up for a yearly service contract with R&S to check and clean my system twice a year.

John came out to my home, diagnose my system, and subsequently gave me an estimate. I emailed him twice with questions and also requested another estimate with a different configuration. Weeks passes, yet no response. He just ignored me.

We have used RS Mechanical for about a year for maintenance of our refrigeration systems. There is always an issue when the come in, so they always have to come back to redo one or two pieces of equipment. We have tried to be understanding, but what is most unfortunate is that the leve of costumer service is just not there. We always met with an attitude or a rebuttal. Just today, we called for a leak on one of our ice machines, one that was supposedly serviced last week. To our surprise the tech that assessed the issue did not consult, and went ahead and "fix and issue, and clean the machine" and deliver an invoice for over $200. When we questioned the charged, he directed us to call the office, and the office directed us to a manager, unfortunately we are still waiting for the call back. In the mid-time the tech still waiting to be paid. When we explained we could not paid for work we did not requested, he stated he was going to turn the ice machine back to the setting were he found it and we could deal with it when "it really becomes a problem" The lack of professionalism when dealing with customers is appalling. I am not sure if the fact that we are Latin American women, allows then to think that this kind of attitude is appropriate. We are now shopping for a new refrigeration maintenance partner.
