I thought it was a little too good to be true when I saw all 5's for the reviews that were posted for this company. It turns out that there was a reason why everyone was happy with their work. They focus on a quality installation. They determine what you need. They do an excellent job. It all starts with a comprehensive estimate/proposal for what size system you need. Steve gives you the options to pick from with no pressure. You know your budget and he will present your choices. Our installers Bob and Greg arrived ready to install everything. They know what they are doing and do it correctly the first time. As most already know that it is more important to research the installers that to pick the brand name. These guys install the Carrier brand and they do it very well! Now only time will tell on the quality of the brand but I am very certain on the quality of the install.

I have used RSC exclusively since I purchased my home five years ago. They installed the current system several years before I purchased the home and have serviced it since its installation. I have always found the people at RSC - from the owner to the technicians who work on the unit to Danielle who is the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with on the phone - to be 100% professional. They respond immediately to my concerns; they arrive when they say they will; they are thoroughly knowledgeable about the systems they sell and service; they explain the problem (s) in plain English as well as the options for fixing those problems their cost estimates are accurate and the work they do is first rate. I would recommend RSC to anyone who needs work done on his or her HVAC system.

Chuck arrived promptly, and diagnosed the issue. He had spare parts in the van and was able to replace the oil pump quickly. He made sure that the pipes were heating and that everything was running smoothly. We have heat again! Call RSC for your heating and cooling needs. Their service has always been outstanding!

Chuck quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He further inspected the system to be sure it was running smoothly. We have been using RSC for our home heating maintenance needs and they have always been top notch! Highly recommended.

Murphy’s Law It’s Saturday and it’s snowing and cold and the furnace stopped working. I called and Steve called me back extremely quickly and had Chuck call me to set up a time to come out and diagnose the furnace. Chuck called me back within minutes and set up a time which was convenient for me, I live an hour away. We just purchased this house in March 2017. He was here right on time. Chuck did a quick inspection found the problem and had it fixed all within an hour and a half. Furnace is back up and running. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with Chuck’s knowledge and customer service. He explained the problem, showed me the part that was bad, replaced the part and the did a quick check to make sure he didn’t see anything else that could prevent the furnace from running. Chuck also cycled the furnace a few times to make sure the problem was solved. I was so impressed that we purchased a service contract. I feel confident that I made the right call this morning!!!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!!

I will be honest I called about 10 places before calling RSC and while RSC was not the cheapest of the places I called, I chose them because they were the only company that acted like I mattered as a customer. While I truly needed their help, they never treated me like I needed them more then they needed me. Coming from a single mom on a budget, I appreciated how they treated me and the cost was reasonable.

From office staff to installation technicians, RSC Heating and Air Conditioning gave us the positive experience we all hope to have. Steven Beeler took exact measurements and checked the layout of our rooms in order to ensure that the properly sized system would be installed. He fully answered all our questions, and we had many. After we received the proposal, my husband had additional questions and Mr. Beeler graciously gave us more than 30 minutes of his time. The technicians at RSC are N.A.T.E. (North American Technician Excellence) certified and our team was great. Bob K. and Greg L. gave us the immediate impression that we were in competent hands. They were polite, professional, and left our premises neat and clean each day. We have high expectations of people that we choose to work for us and we were extremely happy with our installation, which is a critical part of the success of any system.

I just had RSC here to do the usual winter maintenance on my heat pump system and was reminded once again of how good they are to deal with. It is now almost 20 years that I have been dealing with them and Chuck Garrett is my usual and favorite technician. He is more like an old friend than a service provider at this point. RSC focuses on serving customers from Steve, the owner, to Danielle, the Administrative assistant. They know what they are doing and they do it all with a smile.
