I was running out of propane due to the unusually cold weather and snow. It snowed the day before which caused a cancellation of the first delivery from another company because of the driveway wasn't passable (I agreed). I called the other company back for next day delivery and they said they would not deliver unless I could guarantee a clear drive way and they would not be able to deliver for another 2 days. I had driven my car several times through out the day on the snowy driveway which I told the other company. Still no luck. I cancelled the order and called Q-Dog. Q-Dog came out the next day and filled my tank with no problems what-so-ever. Thanks Q-Dog !

Last minute need for oil heat - forgot to order it during the holidays. Called the company who delivered it last January and they could not bring me a delivery today. I remembered seeing an ad for Q-dog but could only remember "dog" in the name. The search for oil company with dog brought up Q-dog. I called and they were very nice and helpful and said they could deliver oil for me today. Just a few hours later and they were here and gone! Thank you for this excellent customer service! I will definitely use Q-Dog again and recommend them. Happy New Year!
