My fiancée and I had woken up in the night to a very hot house in the middle of July. We called Princeton air first thing in the morning and Luis was there that afternoon. He did a great job of checking out everything to diagnose the problem. He quickly figured it out, fixed it and then did some other maintenance to ensure that we would have no other issues for the rest of the summer. All throughout he took the time to give me tips and tricks to ensure I keep a cool house moving forward. Luis is the best! He did a fantastic job and my dog loved him!

If you do not have a provider, consider getting a contract with Princeton Air. It really helps in time of need, and to keep your expensive HVAC service and investment in good repair. We have been satisfied customers for over 25 years.

The service technician was supposed to get to my house between 12 and 4. He got here at 4:50 and charged me $101 to tell me the battery on my generator is dead. He then asked me to sign that his work order was completed and I said he had not fixed anything. The then said: “ Well, you can call someone else next time!” So to summarize: I was charged $101, wasted half the day waiting for him just to get insulted in return. NEVER AGAIN!

Luis Rivera of Princeton Air serviced my air conditioning unit on 7/6. A technician from another company diagnosed that the motor, fan blade, & capacitor needed to be replaced Luis explained that only the motor was bad. He replaced the motor in my unit and had the system up and running in no time. It was refreshing to find a contractor I could trust to replace only the defective part He was professional, competent, & courteous I would certainly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a trustworthy technician .
