Damon came out for a clogged driveway/patio drain, and in no time he had it cleared out. Additionally, he checked our numerous water/sewer clean-outs to make sure nothing else was clogged or backing up. He looked over our property and made some suggestions regarding gutters and drainage. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & efficient. We highly recommend Pratt Plumbing and their entire team of skilled professionals.

We had our water heater replaced by John and Damon of Pratt Plumbing. John came to our home first to assess the situation and provide his professional advice as to the types of heaters available and which ones would work best in our home environment. John was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He provided a budget range to suit our needs. On the day of installation, Damon prepped the area and was very mindful of protecting our floors and carpet. Our house is a small 1920's Victorian cottage, which comes with the typical challenges of a "This Old House" project. Damon was mindful of all our concerns. They each worked quickly and professionally. Happily, they came within budget, which is a relief to anyone who cringes at the thought of an unexpected plumbing project. In short, Pratt Plumbing did a fantastic job and we highly recommend them.

These guys did a really good job: knowledgeable, thorough, polite. Installed a new garbage disposal and fixed some bathroom sinks. Explained pricing up-front, and referred to a printed pricing notebook. I'd use them again, and I'd recommend Pratt Plumbing, and specifically Damon Weatherbie and Jake, who appeared to be training with Damon.

Damon was very prompt, the office called and told me when he was on his way to my mother-in-law's house so I didn't have to just sit and wait for him. That was very nice! Earlier this week Damon And Jake came to check out a problem we were having with a toilet. They said the toilet needed replacing which made since because of the way it was acting. They were very professional, very friendly, and had it done in no time. I highly recommend Pratt for any plumbing needs. I just hope the next time we need help we get Damon and Jake!
