Can't say enough good things about the team in Largo. Had Alex, Chris and Shawn all in one week for adjustments that my new ac system needed. Nothing wrong with the system, just needed adjustments to the new thermostat. Alex made 3 trips to get a new filter, Chris came out twice and went through the entire system, adjusted air flow through the indoor grills, checked temps, pressure, etc. Shawn fit me in to a tight schedule and came out at 9:00 pm to diagnose the temp disparity on the new thermostat and returned the next morning to install a new one and make necessary adjustments. All done with the utmost professionalism and concern for my satisfaction.

I had a completely new AC system installed on Aug 2, 2017. It was not cooling properly and different technicians came on Aug 3rd and 4th. Chris C arrived on Monday, Aug 7th and systemically checked everything. He left nothing to chance. He was thoroughly professional, friendly, and explained things as he was going along. Finally he called the York factory and determined that the air handler settings were set incorrectly. Heat was running while trying to cool the house! He adjusted all my vents and provided pointers to maximize the effectiveness of my new unit. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Chris C. with a 15! He solved my problem and as I write this note, my house continues to be extremely comfortable (thanks to Chris C.) Fantastic effort.

It could have been very easy to make this a major repair job but he tackled it himself. He was able to get into VERY TIGHT places and seal the leaks. Words do not describe how pleased I am with what he did and his attitude.

I indicated that Alex C was the tech. After that it took me back to web page with One Hour listings. I was very happy with Alex's knowledge of the problem I was having. Set an appointment the next day, they had a 12-4pm. I was having my car serviced @ 10am, not sure I would be home at Noon. He changed it to 1-5pm. When I got home, I had a message from the office mgr that we needed to reschedule because the techs were not able to change the time. They would send someone else. I preferred to have Alex come as he already knew the problem and assured me he would be able to fix it the next day. She was not very pleasant on the phone discussing this problem. I explained that I had air blowing outside and did not want to wait until Monday (3 days) I asked her if she would just call Alex, which she did and he was there within a short period of time. Thank you, Alex!!!

Came same day as called within a few hours unscheduled. Chris T. was so polite and helpful. Very considerate. Very thankful for the courteousness and efficiency of him and the company. Definitely would recommend them.

I have had three service calls and each time the technician who was sent was competent and seem to have my best interest in mind. On the first call the tech did miss something but on the second call One Hour Heating and Air made it right at no charge to me.

The Technicians were very thorough and professional. They came out expecting to put in a major part(evaporator coil) in my 17yr old system and quickly diagnosed that was not the only problem. After considering the extra$$$ on this expensive Band aide It became obvious the best possible solution for my house was a new system. I worked out a price with Todd on the phone for a new AC system. The new AC came with 10yr parts and labor warranty that clinched my decision. The Technicians Chris C and Chris T. went and got the new system and had me up and running by the end of the day. The best part was they were truly interested in my satisfaction and did not leave until it was tuned just right. The technicians were great and the company's follow up has been outstanding. It seems that there is a company that actually cares about quality service. I will only call One Hour AC from now on.
