Our air conditioner broke in the morning and we had company out of town, called several companies even the one we had maintenance contact, they were unable to come the same day . I called One Hour Air Condition they came the same day. The technician called that he would be here in 30 min. Sure enough he showed up and we had air condition in the early evening hour at 5:30. What an amazing team. The technician was able to accommodate me by doing an extra call . We ended up signing the maintenance contract wth them . Thank you guys for rescuing all of us from the sweltering heat !!!!!!

I wish I could give no stars. Scheduled an appointment with Scott's One Hour Air in Tampa 5 days ago for a window of 10 - 2 today where they were provided my address and contact information. I asked about the Hero's club which advertises free service to Military and Veteran's and I thought how nice an offer that was. I am home patiently waiting for my scheduled time and get a call from technician at 11:45 AM telling me he is cancelling the appointment as I am not in the service area. I look at the service area for Hillsborough county and see Ruskin, Apollo Beach and Sun City. I call to ask what is going on and am simply told my the scheduler that's the way it is. I ask for manager and get run around. I then speak to a Ralph from the Tampa location who claims to be service manager and he is rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to someone above him and was told there was no one higher and they are independent franchise and operate how they want. He then told me my service area for zip code 33570 is the Largo Franchise. I told him he was surely mistaken as that is an hour or more away and he hung up on me without care or concern. I then called the Largo franchise and spoke to Erica and Wayne the owner who were very nice. Wayne told me that they have had issues with Ralph from Tampa many times and Ralph has no customer service skills and is very combative. BEWARE this TAMPA one hour air that states they don't service 33570 when the website clearly states Apollo beach, Ruskin and Sun City. I also wonder why I was not informed of this service area when I made the appointment or any of the 5 days leading up to it. It was not until 11:45 AM that the technician called and stated they were not coming and that was with a 10 AM to 2 PM window I was provided. I believe that this cancellation was due to the nature that I requested the military / veterans Hero's program which they advertise as free service which they did not wish to provide. Now they wasted 5 days of my time waiting for an Air Conditioning service that is desperately needed. The National schedulers were rude and unprofessional as was Ralph the Tampa Service Manager

Adam was awesome! He came late afternoon to check our broken A.C., managed to get the part right away and was back to install it the next day. He's very knowledgeable, works quickly and thoroughly. He rocks!

The AC at my house kept cutting out. I had 3 repairmen out & no one could fix it. A friend referred me to Scott’s One Hour. Adam Westreich came out ON TIME and had my unit not only fixed, but running better than it was before it went down!! I seriously thought I was gonna need a whole new system, but they just replaced a few worn parts. I would recommend Adam Westreich & Scott’s One Hour AC to anyone who’s looking for a reliable, honest, and fair AC company.

Adam the a/c tech went above and beyond trying to help me with my a/c problem and I really appreciate his efforts unfortunately the same can't be said for Kim at there office she left me hanging without any information on the repair date I called her and she then told me the part was ordered and then would fix it as soon as the part came in. I told her I'm sure the part was ordered but I need to know when my a/c would be fixed she put me on hold them told me sometime in July that's about 2 weeks out she doesn't even have a repair date yet .Really not very helpful and kinda had a attitude when I questioned the date ,not helpful not friendly.

Avoid this company unless you want to pay excessive prices. My tech, Jose was knowledgeable and friendly. However the company that he works for rips off customers with their up charge on parts. IE: HE SAID I HAD A BAD CAPACITOR. I ASKED HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE AND HE SAID $310. I TOLD HIM I HAVE A NEW SPARE IN MY GARAGE THE I ONLY PAID $15 FROM THE SUPPLY HOUSE. RIDICULOUS PRICES. HE SAID THE FREON WAS LOW SO I ASKED HOW MUCH TO ADD FREON AND PUT A DYE INTO IT. THEIR COST $530. I PREVIOUSLY HAD PURCHASED A FULL 20LB TANK OF 410A REFRIGERANT FOR $125. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED COMPANY.

One hour air did a great job they were very responsive to all questions that I had, my technician Scott H was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I asked him, helping me feel at ease knowing that my AC was fixed and properly running, thank you Scott!
