I have used oak grove heat and air for many years. Their recent installation of my new lennox heat pump went exactly as planned. they had enough professional installers on hand to do the job quickly even though the air handler was in my attic. Can't wait to see my electric bill go down. Plus the unit is so quiet. Extremely trustworthy dealer.

My air conditioner is in the ceiling and began leaking -- was very old -- it needed replacing -- they were very quick -- got the job done faster than I expected. Very professional. I have used them before for the air and heat on the "very old" unit. They have been very helpful and informative to assit me in making decisions. They are great.

We have been dealing with Oak Grove Heating and Air since 2003. They have serviced us in both of the homes that we own. Every time they have come to assist us in our situations, they have always explained our options we could take and what the possible outcomes might be. If you just replace a certain part and it is out of warranty you might have to replace the whole system any way. The service people have always been on time, professional, and courteous about each every situation that we have been involved with in our heating and cooling of our homes.

We have used Oak Grove Heating & Air since we moved into our home in 2005. They have always been courteous and professional and get the job done quickly. We're very pleased with our new Lennox air conditioner. While we hope we don't have to call on Oak Grove Heating & Air TOO often, it's reassuring to know that they are available when we need them.
