Patrick J and Patrick F called to advise us they were on their way for the appointed time. Upon arrival they wore their masks while evaluating the job site with my husband and I. They both went right to work by putting up a barrier inside the house to keep the dust and debris out. The old door was quickly removed and the adaption of opening began. All the while everything was kept neat and tidy. Once the new door was in place the extensive checklist was reviewed to ensure our satisfaction. Work area was left as if no one had been there. Both Patricks were polite and respectful.

I am thrilled to have the window replacement project of my home completed. The gang from Northwest Window and Door is terrific. They came in, asked if masks were required, laid down tarps on all walkways, got to work and efficiently removed and then installed the replacements including a patio door. I couldn't be happier. They cleaned up after the job and left with all the debris and everyone happy. Thank you to all!

For example one of our windows came warped and Mike redid the window himself and made it right. You get what you pay for and I would gladly pay for their work. Again very happy with the new doors. I had to replace a number of IG panels in my home due to broken seals. From the initial call, to the on-site measurement, to the installation and back office support, this team was great. They took the time necessary to inform me of my options (including pursuing warranty repair where they, as a company, had nothing to gain). In the end, I needed new IGs at my own expense and they came through. Installation team was conscientious with floor covering and cleanup. Well done!

This review is for the whole team that came out and Installed all my windows 12/11/2020. They had to come back at a later time to do a few windows that my garage port was in the way of., and then again, after the salesman threw them under the buss, saying they read the work order wrong, and didn't install the flashing around the windows. The last crew came out and did a total professional job getting every window trimmed up !!!! 03-02-21. I was not home the first time, gave them keys to the house, and they got everything installed. No mess, nothing broke, a very experienced team!! The windows look great, took me 28 years to do it, but now the curtains don't move on windy days... lol.
