Mike P came out today on the Fourth of July! He obviously knew what the problem most likely could be and very quickly fixed our air conditioning unit. Mike showed us that his customer service was very important by fully explaining the problem and how he was going to fix it. Called at 4:40 pm and they had a tech-Bill Fisher come out that day and he found the problem with my AC unit and had it fixed hat day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Bob W. a tech with Modern Comfort Systems impressed me with his knowledge and diagnostic skills. Last week the TXV valve was diagnosed to be defective by another tech who had to order the part. After the part arrived, Bob W. was sent to do the replacement. In a few minutes he was able to determine the TXV was not defective and figured it was just a dirty coil. After cleaning the coil and balancing the charge in the system the AC is working perfect. Bob W. was a pleasure to have in our home. Bob W. saved us from a very expensive repair. It's tech's like Bob W. that make Modern Comfort Systems #1 IMO. Modern will be the first and only call in the future with a special request for Bob W. Thank you Bob, Regards, J. Hemler Sr.

Bob W. came to my home to perform the annual contract routine maintenance on my heating and cooling system. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly, well informed, and especially mindful of our light colored carpets near the furnace room. When finished his inspection, he carefully explained the current condition of our system and what we should be observant of if any changes occurred. He also suggested the installation of a carbon monoxide alarm just as a precaution and I am going to order one today. Thanks Bob for a job well done.

Kevin L. and trainee Mike M. came out to diagnose and fix a problem with my oil furnace - it was making loud "clunking" sounds every time it started up and it sounded like a river was rushing through my baseboards! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the feed valve and purged a huge amount of air from the system. I'm sure now it will purr like a kitten! These two techs were professional, courteous, informative and on-time and the ladies in the office are always a pleasure to work with! They all personify the excellence that defines Modern Comfort Systems and the Tevis family of businesses. I can't imagine choosing any other company!!! Thanks so much!!!!!

Our Modern Comfort Systems tech Brandon S. was great. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon went out of his way to do a thorough work up on our over 50 year old oil burning furnace. With this furnace there were several challenges, tight working conditions not to mention different parts were needed that made for several extra trips to his truck. But through it all Brandon had a good attitude. He was able to answer all of our questions and he left the work area very clean. Many thanks to Brandon and Modern Comfort Systems.

MCS was the second company we got to fix our furnace issue of the system randomly turning off. While the first company's technicians said they could not do anything unless they saw the issue occur (and standing around for 25 minutes), Mike dove right in and started troubleshooting. In less than 10 minutes, he had identified and explained the problems to me, broke down the fixes, and had everything up and running again in 5 minutes. I am unable to recommend MCS and Mike enough!

Technician came out less than 2 hrs after I called in for emergency help (on a Saturday). He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not pressure me to buy additional services, and cost to come out and do repairs was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again

Neal was a pleasant and knowledgeable technician. Having a personable demeanor is underrated today. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part available in his truck. We had heat back in short order. I highly recommend Neal S. for anyone needing HVAC work.

Matt D. came out today to install a faulty zone valve diagnosed by another MC tech, Miles. He took time to insure that Miles diagnosis was correct and then installed the valve. He also took time to advise me of issues I might be facing in the near future and how to fix them. He gave me an estimate on replacing a broken tank valve that no one else wanted to tackle. I will have MC schedule that. Matt was a pleasant, knowledgeable and conscientious technician. I might add that Tevis and Modern Comfort jumped in a week ago with a same day emergency oil delivery and boiler service in very late afternoon after my then current oil company failed me. I think I've found my new company! Thank you.
