3/14/19 Michael was super professional & thorough inspecting our heating system. He is always so thoughtful wearing shoe protectors when in my home, as well as his attire being very professional. His visit here today pertained to inspecting all the parts of our heating system & that they were clean & in optimal working condition. (They were :) He also made a couple of suggestions regardging our heating & air ventilation system as a whole, that would help cut-back on mold & bacteria that is accumulating @ the top of our fan unit. (He provided me w/ a picture of the top of the unit where black mold is growing.) While Michael was here, I had a question pertaining to a small sheetrock repair that is needed in our kitchen, & he was able to provide a recommendation of someone who specialzes in that type of repairs (which I plan to follow-up w/). Lastly, we have a small leak in our master bathroom shower floor that I asked Michael to look @ & give me his opinion regarding repair. He took measurements, called a plummer w/ Mitch Wright, & they were able to provide a "ballpark" plan on how to fix the water leaking out of that shower. Although repairing the shower will require more major specialized plumbing work, Zit was mentioned that M. W. is willing to meet, or beat, any competitor's estimate. Mikchael is very knowledgeable about being thorough w/ his inspections & is patient & kind when explaining things to me. He is also very resourceful in providing customers information about how Mitch Wright's other professional contractors that can help w/ other household repairs. Thanks for the great job, Michael!

We had a maintenance call on our heating unit. The young gentlemen that was here was very professional but very personal. He addressed ever issue and made sure our unit was working proper. All in all, a very good call. We will call Mitch Wright Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for all our needs. You never have to worry about anything.

I was very pleased with the overall service provided today by the Mitch Wright Heating & Air team, from Leigh Anne in the customer service department, Courtney in dispatch, and particularly Michael S. the HVAC Specialist. Michael arrived at the time requested and assessed the furnace issue I was having quickly and explained what was needed to repair. Very professional and courteous, will be recommending Michael and Mitch Wright Heating & Air to others. Very pleased with their service!

Thank you to Courtney for her courtesy in scheduling the appointment and then for letting me know when the crew was on their way. Michael and the new service person we're on time, professional, and very sensitive to the issue I was having. Once they came to a solution they explained it to me, and it made perfect sense. They insisted that if that didn't work or if there were other issues to give them a call. Additionally, I appreciated that they wore booties!

Michael was extremely cordial, considerate and explained very well what he was doing and going to do. He also explained why I needed additional attachment for one unit and replacement part for another. His attitude was genuinely professional and concerned as well as reasonable regarding future needs. He appeared to know his products well and how to address issues. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to his next visit.

Hired the company to change my filter in my unit. The service guy Michael came out wrote up a list of multiple issues and repairs that needed to be done not too mention my heating unit stopped working after me changed the filter. I called the office spoke with a RUDE customer rep. Pretty sure her name was Courtney, stated that the reason my unite had stopped working was because of the issues the service guy found and the company was not responsible and I would be charged a diagnostic fee. The guy Michael returned along with his Service Manager Jason(very nice and friendly), and come to find out he left a wire loose in the unite which caused the unite to stop working, not to mention he keep saying the unite kept clicking off during his first visit and not once did it do it on his return. My impression was that he intentionally left the wire loose and wrote up false issues just to get funded for a return visit....
