Michael S. did a fantastic job. He called to let me know that he was leaving one job sight and was headed our way. He came in with all of his supplies and ready to work. Even though Mitch Wright-Southaven had a busy day today, I never felt rushed. Michael was efficient, timely and got the job done. He explained to me what was broken and then described to me how he fixed the problem. He was personable and easy to approach when questions were needed to be asked. Great technician. Dalton was amazing at helping deal with our water heater and made it out after hours twice. Provided great service and information and even made best friends with our 4 year old while he was working. This was our first experience with the company, but if other employees are as reputable and honest as Dalton was, this is definitely the right choice for your heating, air, and plumbing needs.
