A great experience with Mills Air. Had them drop in for a tune up and inspection. Very Professional with a great attention to detail and in finding an issue, It was clearly explained as well as the options available. Great experience and Travis has a great amount of knowledge and a down to earth way in how he shares it in order for the technical elements to make clear sense.

I'm going to bad mouth your company, like it's my full time job. You just messed with the wrong consumer. You're nearly as bad as funeral directors, taking advantage of people. First of all, I was never the type to buy an extended warranty for anything because of all the horror stories I've heard about companies always having excuses as to why the part that is defective isn't ever covered on said warranty. Well Mills Air has changed my thinking on that. I purchased an extended parts and labor warranty from them several years ago and am happy to report all the issues I have had to date (there have been many) have been covered no questions asked. Let's face it we live in Florida and our AC systems run 24/7 in the summer. Do yourself a favor and call Mills air about their extended warranties it will save you a ton of money in the long run. My latest issue was diagnosed by Stive D in about 2 minuets. After he made the repair he checked both units while he was here on a Sunday no less and was out the door and it didn't cost me a dime. Most companies will charge $100.00 or more just to show up. i highly recommend them for all you AC/ heater needs

I went with Mills Air after my AC went down in the middle of July. I called 5 companies and Mills not only could come out the soonest (the next day), but they also had the best diagnostic charge. I scheduled an appointment for the following day and they arrived when they said they would.
Tech Dan came out and was excellent! All along the way he went over what he was fixing and what potentially could be wrong with the unit. Dan was on time, personable, and very knowledgable in HVAC. Some other techs at the end of the day on a weekend might just swap out the capacitor and roll on without doing anything else. Dan took the time to check the refrigerant charge to make sure I was good before he left. I also like the fact that if anything happens or I have any more AC issues, they will come out within 30 days and waive the diagnostic charge. I don't know if every company in the industry does this but it was nice to know they would be back in the event I had another issue.
All in all I was satisfied with Mills Air and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for all my AC needs. Thanks Mills Air and thanks Jim Colbert for recommending them on your show.
