He unclogged the tub and sink drains and offered tips to prevent hair from collecting in the drain. Was very respectful and had a nice personality. The McGill team was nothing but professional. We had our home re-piped. the proposal listed everything to be done with nothing left to the imagination. The pride in workmanship showed throughout, from the care of their tools and our home while doing the work. At day's end, all tools were precisely lined up and stowed and our home was vacuumed. Communication was great throughout. Their work to access pipe installation through closets and cupboards rather than breaking up walls as other companies had suggested, was commendable and appreciated. Joe and Cody are an asset to McGill!

This company is incredible! They did re-piping of our home using uponer. From Ray in the service department to Joe and Cody doing the work, they are true professionals. Our estimate left nothing to the imagination, stating everything that would be done. Their work site was as neat as possible. At each day's end, they vacuumed our floor and our house looked as though no one had been there. Access was obtained through the insides of cupboards and closets with no walls having to be cut open. They were friendly, professional and neat, communicating as the job progressed. On a scale of 1 to 10, we definitely give them a 12!!!

jono @ mark did a great job today. have mobile home ,crawled uder house and fixes a problem that i had dificult to to find from previous tecnition. when finished but all my blocks back to where should. very courteos guys. always use mcgill when needed. have a good day

Water heater quit on Thursday couldn't replace until Monday. Not totally your fault as it was an unusual size and needed to be ordered. Otherwise, service was great as were two employees, Jonathan & Mark.

Have lived in Clearwater for more than 50 years. Have been using McGill for about 20 years. We recently had an insurance claim where unfortunately the insurance company mandated who would repair our kitchen. I called McGill and Jennifer arranged a service call. When Jonathan came he assessed our situation and came to the conclusion that the parts had been incorrectly assembled under our sink. He then proceeded to tell me he could reuse those parts to save us money. After he correctly hooked up our twin sinks he asked if there was any other plumbing issues to address as we were well under the minimum service time charge. So I asked him to look at an external leaking faucet which he determined needing replacement. As said and done I paid $100.00 for everything and couldn’t be happier to have meet one of the most honest servicemen I’ve ever come across.

A bit later, Shane P. calls and says we should verify the leak location first, and connects me with Sleuth Leak Detection, who discover the leak is in a Floor Drain Trap Primer....not under the slab!!!! I call Sean back and tell him about the Trap Primer. He has one in stock and has Jennifer set up a repair for the next week. At 8:45am, Sean calls to say his guy will be there at 9:00am. Jonathan arrives precisely on time, explains the process, goes to work and completes everything in in 1 1/2 hours!!! Problem solved!!! I no longer hear water moving!!!! Thanks McGill!!!!!
