The service and professionalism of the entire Maitz team was outstanding. I am a home owner and I also have a small real estate company. In the last year I have found myself calling Maitz more than some of the other service companies that I deal with. There have been two emergency situations at my apartment building that have been resolved by your team. First, the response time in both cases was faster than your competitors. When I have an emergency, I am in the practice of making multiple phone calls to companies I have hired in the past. I usually review the estimates as quickly as possible and then make my decision. In the two situations I am referring to, Maitz was the first to respond. It is obvious that the organization within your offices shines through your staff on the other end of the phone. The people in the office receiving my calls were kind, professional and competent. It is obvious that your office systems and procedures are far above the rest. In both cases, Josh Wagner resolved my issues for me. Josh is an extremely gifted and competent young man. He is also a superb communicator with business smarts. He is able to gauge the situation and present the possible solutions for the job with the customer's best interest in mind. In other words, he has foresight and he is honest. In the times that Josh has completed work for me, I can see that he is giving it his all - 110%. He doesn't know how to work any other way. He is an asset to your company. I would also like to commend Ken Monaco. The last emergency job proved to be very challenging. The way that Ken communicated with me made all the difference. He allowed me to speak. He listened. He responded appropriately at the right moments and gave me even more confidence in Maitz. Just in case you are wondering Ken and I are not related, although we share the same last name. Maitz came out in the terrible weather to fix my leak and fix my bathroom sink. The tech was very nice and even helped me clean to the snow off my car! Would definitely recommend, I will be using Maitz from now on
