Ryan H was on time, identified himself, was masked complete with shoe protecters. He greeted me, listened to my routine concerning location of everything and went right to work. He took a minute to pet my dog and assured me that he was fine with my dog running up to him for a pet and welcome. Reviewed the work performed and assured me that if I had any questions to feel free to give him a call. Work was thorough and timely so I didn’t even have to skip my morning swim. 10 stars! Vladamir worked on my Air Unit this morning and couldn't have been more helpful. He explained each step as he was doing it. He replaced the Blower motor which fixed my problem. He carefully explained the twice a year services that your Company provide I took out and paid for this service. He did a couple of helpful things for me that he was not obligated to do. Ryan arrived at our home the same afternoon that I called Krueger to report that our furnace was not operational. He troubleshot the issue and had the furnace running again in no time.
