I called and explained that my AC unit wasn’t working. Krinkies was able to fit me into there already busy schedule that day. Mike replaced my motor and got my unit up and running. I would definitely use them again.

THE 2 MAN MAN CREW ARRIVED AT 8:00 AM, AS SCHEDULTED. THEY INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE, A/C, HUMIDIFIER AND AIR CLEANER. THEY HAD THE PROJECT INSTALLED, UP AND RUNNING BY 2:00 PM. REVIEWED THE SYSTEM WITH ME. CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. SUPER JOB!

I called last week regarding work that had been done earlier in July. We had set up an appt for me to me Dan at the house this coming week and he had time and stopped by Friday and was able to fix the issue with my not being there. Happy the issue was resolved quite quickly.

My parent's air conditioner quit cooling at the worst time - at the start of a week long heatwave and on a Sunday. I called multiple companies, but no one was available to provide service. Within an hour of my call to Krinkie's, Dan called me back and told me he could get out to look at it by noon. I couldn't believe my good fortune! Dan was great! He was super friendly, and a master of his craft. He had the unit up and running in just over an hour and did a great job explaining exactly what he was doing to make the repair. He saved the day! My parents are in their 80s and it was such a relief to know they would be kept cool despite the week long temperatures in the mid-90s. Thanks Dan!

After a series of 98 degree days, Dan came out early on a Sunday morning to assess by concerns of a leak in the system. The attic has a low clearance but Dan examined the entire length of pipe which is under a lot of fiberglass. I appreciate his hard work, professionalism and friendliness. Than you, Dan!.
