I have been dealing with Key Heating for several years and I don't know what I would do without them. They are professional, helpful and I can now heat and air condition my house very economically. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to pay less to stay warm or cool.

I have had somewhat mixed results with Key Heating; some good, some not so good. My last experience with Richard was one of the positive ones. It's not the quality of the service that I've had problems with, its the communications within the company that have left me frustrated, to the point where I've considered looking for someone else to provide my service requirements. However, Richard has left a very positive feeling with me and hope this is a move in the right direction towards better communications.

I have to say that I was skeptical about the service. I paid less than $200 and was expecting the worst. When the tech arrive he was professional, initiated the process by a proper greeting and introduction. He was quick and efficient. He did not waste my time with sales pitches, rather a no nonsense appraisal of the situation. This was a break from the normal "well it's old and should be replaced now" followed by a huge sticker price. Thank you all for keeping your word and providing me with the details and information I needed to make an informed decision. We had our annual furnace cleaning conducting by Key Heating. Richard was out technician. He was very professional and easy to communicate to. He answered every question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure my home was ready for a cold winter. I appreciated his recommendations and honesty while discussing our system. Its very clear that Richard (and the rest of the team we dealt with) was very knowledgeable and really takes pride in the work that he does, no matter what challenge arises.

Key Heating and Air Conditioning were absolutely fantastic! The people we were in contact with were Garrett -sales rep, Julie - office, and Mike and Jason Installers. My husband and I were very pleased with everyone's professionalism, knowledge, and promptness when a problem came up. At first, our new unit was not working properly. Mike worked above and beyond to find the problem and fixed immediately. It was not an easy task. But with his diligence and perseverance, he was able to make it happen.

We chose Key because it was a large existing corp. Unfortunately they had very poor internal communications and made several installation errors, including the water drain into the house- not out and mess up the wires so the control for one mini-split actually controlled the other. Although they promised to fill out the rebate for me - they just notified me that I had to. We liked the Mitsubishi, so when we had a mini-split installed two months later in our other house, we had Crown Mechanical install a three unit system. That install went perfectly. My advice - forget Key and use Crown Mechanical.
