Techs and sales rep were knowledgeable and friendly. Support team was also knowledgeable and helpful. In the mailings they informed me and provided the paper work to send in to get a $20 rebate with my utilities company. Was very pleased with the customer service received through the whole process and afterward. Would definitely recommend Kent Heating and Air to others.

In our current home we have replaced a furnace and two air conditioners, all with Kent Heating and Cooling. Before the last air conditioner was replaced Kent Heating and Cooling looked over the unit and found a simple repair that lasted us through two summers. I like the fact that they didn't just look to just replace the unit to give themselves money. In the future if needed we will return to Kent for our Heating and Cooling needs.

We appreciate when we call Kent that the staff is not sarcastic or condescending -- very professional and friendly. They show up at the scheduled time or call to say they're running late -- very respectful. We've never felt like they're trying to take advantage of us or leading us down a wrong path. Within the past 12 months we invested in a humidifier on our furnace, a new water heater, and a new air conditioner. That in itself should tell you that we trust them!

Kent HVAC were very pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain everything to us and were very knowledgeable. they were prompt with the installation. my only concern was that the inside unit did not line up with my return duct work (the issue was with the levelness of the floor.

I did research on the internet... Lennox is one of the top brands of furnace (also had a Lennox for the past 25 yrs & happy with the performance...just wanted to upgrade to a higher efficiency). Found Kent dealership in the Yelllow Pages. They are local (been in the area for many yrs & lots of experience). Appt was arranged quickly, Comfort Consultant came out, was very knowledgeable & personable. Installers were quick/cleaned up beautifully and the unit was ready to use the same afternoon. Month later company owner called to see how things went, am I happy, did I have any questions/comments. Overall great experience!

The salesman did a proper load calc taking into account additional insulation and new windows then talked to me about options and price vs savings. He also recommended installing a damper for more even air flow. I chose a Hi efficiency two stage central air and furnace. The installers did a great job. The system looks good, the area was cleaned up and the old system and trash was hauled away. They also did a great job of explaining the system and how to operate and maintain it. The office staff was very helpful in explaining and doing most of the paperwork for the rebates and the owner followed up with a call to make sure there were no problems. I have used both the A/C and furnace now and it has been trouble free, quiet and cheaper to operate. The house keeps a very even temperature and I am able to keep my heat setting 2 degrees less than with my old system and still be comfortable.

I needed a new AC unit ASAP, I called Kent and they were able to send out someone that day. They had several options & were wonderful about sitting down with me and explaining all the options to me. They were able to come out the very next day and install a new unit and lines in a reasonable amount of time. Just what I needed before my company arrived the next day! I would definitely use their company again!
