We had a Friday night cooling issue. Went online, requested appt. Got a call after 9pm by JM to confirm appt. Saturday mid-morning Leo showed up, very nice and professional. He diagnosed the issue and had AC blowing by 11am. The service and outcome exceeded my expectations. JM was great. Plan to have them do an annual review of my ACs!

Victor listened to my needs and was willing to attempt total satisfaction. Due to previous scheduling conflicts for the installation group, the work could not be completed on Saturday. However, part of the overall job was a toilet valve replacement and he took care of that personally on Friday. The bulk of the job is scheduled to be completed on Monday.

Thank you John Moore for asking me to review because I wasn't going to! Daye from customer service was great, Sky, the technician arrived quickly and was friendly. The prices are absolutely, unequivocally outrageous. $250/lb of freon, $399.99 for a capacitor, $7000 for a compressor, $11,000-$15,000 for a 3.5 ton unit. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else. I used a local company and got my freon recharged, it needed less than what John Moore told me I needed it was 1/2 the price.

Had a problem with my air-conditioner so I called the company I had used previously. They came out and told me my entire system needed to be replaced and it wasn’t going to be cheap. I contacted John Moore to get a second opinion and they came out right away (the same day). They did a great job; they were extremely professional and repaired my system for a third of the cost of what the other company tried to charge me. I am now a loyal John Moore customer.

Leo Delacerda came to my home to give me a second opinion on an AC which Cruz had given me an exorbitant price on. He was on time, very cordial, exceptionally knowledgable and proficient. He advised me there was nothing wrong with the AC but the filters needed cleaning, which he did. It was so refreshing and and pleasant to deal with someone of true integrity and proficiency. Leo Delacerda came to my home to give a second opinion on an AC which Cruz AC and Elec had given me an exorbitant price. He said nothing was wrong with the AC, but the filters were clogged up, which he cleaned and fixed the problem. The other guy had also cut the lines to the AC. Leo was very cordial, knowledgable, and explained everything precicely. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone who was both proficient and honest. I would definitely call on him again.

Very professional service, technician put covers on his boots entering the house and found the problem in about 15 minutes. The bill for fixing this was NOTHING! My experience with this company from beginning to end was on point. I will definitely use JM again if I need any of their services

Serviceman replaced in- unit air filters. Very courteous and professional and, although this is a very messy job, left everything immaculate inside and out. It was great to receive a pic of who was going to show up also. I actually purchased the maintenance package at the same time so the service call was considered included after the fact. Good deal! Only downside was the battery of questions I had to answer to place the service request. The appointment setter said the questions were useful to gauge the technician needed. Who knows. Overall, great experience .
