We had a Friday night cooling issue. Went online, requested appt. Got a call after 9pm by JM to confirm appt. Saturday mid-morning Leo showed up, very nice and professional. He diagnosed the issue and had AC blowing by 11am. The service and outcome exceeded my expectations. JM was great. Plan to have them do an annual review of my ACs!

Victor listened to my needs and was willing to attempt total satisfaction. Due to previous scheduling conflicts for the installation group, the work could not be completed on Saturday. However, part of the overall job was a toilet valve replacement and he took care of that personally on Friday. The bulk of the job is scheduled to be completed on Monday.

Thank you John Moore for asking me to review because I wasn't going to! Daye from customer service was great, Sky, the technician arrived quickly and was friendly. The prices are absolutely, unequivocally outrageous. $250/lb of freon, $399.99 for a capacitor, $7000 for a compressor, $11,000-$15,000 for a 3.5 ton unit. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else. I used a local company and got my freon recharged, it needed less than what John Moore told me I needed it was 1/2 the price.

This gentleman was very polite. I had a problem with his conclusion with my air conditioner. He told me it need a new zone board. He called it the brain of the AC. He quoted a price of 1400.oo. I had second person look at it before making a choice. He pushed the reset button on the zoning board and my system was up. His bill for that was 0.0. I then got him to change my filter, and install 2 surge protector. He's earned my trust for future jobs.

We have called on John Moore Services in the past and have been pleasantly satisfied with results. Today we had the pleasure to meet with Hamad Dardouk. Hamad did a great job with our air conditioner check up. He not only reported on the status of our system, he points out some serious problems with the existing system. Which included corroded coils among other important deficiencies. Being in our mid 70’s we are not interested in taking chances with our existing 15 year old system. We are looking forward to installing our new Trane system. We appreciate Hamad’s extensive knowledge and explanation (in layman’s terms) of our risks. Pleasantly satisfied again and ready for summer in Houston.

Not only are they all extremely educated in their field, but also very friendly, easy to talk to and very hard working. They are a dedicated group who will be coming back into my home at ANY time I need their services. My family and I are more than happy to refer, recommend and give good reviews to anyone who asks or talk to about their services. You will not for one second be disappointed by them. Namely, Hamad, Joseph, Leonard and Noly, have been extraordinary in the recent endeavours they encountered at my home. They are all amazing people, driven, motivated, ambitious and really good people to be around. They laughed, talked, played music, shared conversation all while working their fingers to the bone. I had an air conditioning service call by Hamad; he was very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He was very courteous and helpful. He gave me some tips about my attic and HVAC system to help me save money and prolong the life of my system. He pointed out that I could use new duct work since my current system is old and not working as effciently as it could. I would recommend Hamad to anyone that needed HVAC work. I have the maintenance program that John Moore offers so I was pleasantly surprised when Hamad told me that there was no charge for the service call.
