Leo Delacerda came to my home to give a second opinion on an AC which Cruz AC and Elec had given me an exorbitant price. He said nothing was wrong with the AC, but the filters were clogged up, which he cleaned and fixed the problem. The other guy had also cut the lines to the AC. Leo was very cordial, knowledgable, and explained everything precicely. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone who was both proficient and honest. I would definitely call on him again.

Our estimator seemed very knowledgeable but when it came to pricing a new system, John Moore was more than double than the other three bids we received. John Moore had installed our previous AC unit at a fair price but given the bids we just received, it is obvious they are now gouging customers. They just lost a current job and us as a customer in the future due to ridiculously high pricing. To be fair, we're not sure if this was due to the company or the estimator.

I would like to take this time to say that Alex P is the man to represent John Moore. Alex came in asked me what was going on with the unit and for how long. He also showed his human side by asking why didn't I call sooner. He proceeded with lets start with the unit in the attic. Gave me the year of the unit and proceeded outside. After accessing what was going on I was given several options and recommendations. The offer for finance was definitely available to me. I had just gotten the word on Friday afternoon after I left my job that that my contact was over. So financing for me was not an option. I had to work with what I had. Yes, Mr. Alex was really trying to make this as comfortable as possible for me to finance a new unit (needed). That is not an option, if I don't feel a space for emergencies. He was not trying to pressure me. He was just letting me know that John Moore would work with me. We came to a good repair solution that would work for both, and I am cool, blessed and satisfied. Thank You John Moore for employing someone like Alex P. He is very professional and honest.

I will never use John Moore ever. I have seen their commercials on TV and just always assumed that they were an amazing company but after this experience I will never use them again especially if they cannot even do the simplest task. I got them to come out and do an inspection on my ac. Then as soon as their employee left our ac was blowing hot air. Keep in mind that my air was working fine before their employee got to our house. So then the ac starts blowing hot air and my husband is not sure what’s going on. He knew our ac was working fine. So he had to go out in this heat and it’s 90 something degrees outside and we r not youngsters. He had to go take the ac apart to find out what’s going on and apparently the wires to the capacitor were not connected right and were very loose. That is why the ac was not working. If their employee cannot even put wires back on a capacitor then I will definitely question major things. Plus I still paid them. Unbelievable. Never again. Please be very careful using this company and I would double check their work. Before they leave your house and don’t sign anything until you do.

Needed replacement of 2 cheap valves under the kitchen sink. Russell came out on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself perfectly. He was professional, courteous and skilled. I will ask for him personally when I need additional service.
