Michael **** made a timely service call on a Friday evening to fix why our new washer’s water connection was leaking badly and thus no laundry capability (in particular for the weekend). He kept us advised of his arrival time and then within 30minutes resolved our plumbing problem. Michael was pleasant and professional, good people skills and communicator. We are very pleased to have again had John Moore Services (previous call for an electrician) fix a home problem and on Friday night. Thank you, Michael.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND EXTREMELY OVERPRICE. I can't believe how a company with such a bad customer service is still doing business. Scheduled a regular tune up for air conditioning and heating system that were running perfectly. After they visited, the heating system stopped working. They didn't care, didn't gave me any money back and of course didn't fix it. Please never never never make the same mistake I did. Doing business with John Moore costed me a lot of money, time and the good relation I had with my tenants. The technician even told them that my air conditioning was trash :(. What a lack of professionalism. Now they are expecting me to get a new unit. Thanks John Moore for absolutely NOTHING. I will never stop sharing this bad experience with every single person I met. I feel that I need to save people from this company.

Train their team on customer's satisfaction and understand what that really means. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Lack of knowledge in general and professionalism. I booked them for a normal tune up for my furnace and air conditioner that were perfectly working, and after the technician visited my property, the furnace stopped working. I called them around 4:58 pm and they didn't send anybody to fix it. I had a baby and weather was very cold which they didn't care about. They finally went the next day and they told me that in order to fix the unit I had to pay $1399.00 for a unit that was working perfectly???? They mentioned some parts such us relay and element sequencer needs to be replaced. Of course, didn't want to pay for something that was perfectly working and asked for my money back. Guess what!! They didn't gave me anything back and didn't fix my unit. I am still in shock and don't understand how a company like this with such a bad customer service is running. By the way, I fixed the problem with just $150.00. Please NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company and if you do, don't pay them for the parts or air conditioning units. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been in the plumbing Industry since 1978, and with John Moore since 2011. I want my customers to know that I will not do anything in their home that I would not do or expect to be done in my own home. I want it done "RIGHT THE FIRST TIME." When I service them, I want them to feel like family.

First of all I wanted to say the serviceman was very courteous and was only doing what his Company told him to do. Here's the story: My mother in law of 83 had her whole house re-plumb by John Moore without letting her daughter know any thing about it. Problem is, she has Alzheimer's and at the time, shouldn't have been allowed to make these type decisions but it happened. After a little over $8800, the job was completed and the whole house was re-plumbed with pecs tubing. That wasn't all, then we had to hire a sheet rock and painter to complete the process. John Moore installed what is called a carbon backwash filter in her front yard where the main line comes in. This filter is 4' - 5' long and they buried half of it in the ground. The filter looked nasty in the front yard but it worked. After 4 years, the filter began leaking. The gasket where the head mounts to the bottle sprung a leak. Well anyone knows living on the Gulf Coast with gumbo dirt homes shift that why we have such bad foundation problems. Well guess what, the rigid plumbed filter didn't shift with the house or maybe it was vice versa but you can tell the head is cocked. I called and the service man said no problem I will check it out and let your know what I found. First call he said he would repair at no charge. Second call after talking with is boss, he said the filter would have to replaced at the tune of another $3000. Come on, an 83 year old woman living on a fixed income, really. I went over and bypass the filter and now it is like it was before, treated city water. John Moore is a rip off and I can only hope this "boss" gets his when he turns 83 Buyer beware! David

I was referred to John Moore by my father in law who paid $250 to have JM change out a tub faucet kit. I wanted the same thing done to my tub and was shocked to see that my estimate was for $1237....for a faucet change. To make matters worse, the plumber, Darrell, seemed more interested in selling me a hot water heater than doing the repairs that were requested. Insane prices and questionable business practices are what you are in for if you use John Moore.

I was very pleased with the service I received. He had a difficult time with 60 year old pipes but got the job done without breaking any of the old adjacent pipes and carried the correct parts to replace them.
