We had a new Carrier heating and air conditioning system put in by 2 Johns, 1 Jonny, and Daniel. They did a great job for us and the customer service was top notch. We highly recommend Jims Heating and Cooling. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect balance between professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable about his products. Thorough evaluation of our home and heating/cooling requirements. The price for a 96% efficiency furnace was reasonable. Mike told us exactly when the furnace and technicians would arrive, how long it would take and what to expect. All was done according to the plan. The technicians were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. The next morning Mike came back to make sure that we were happy and that every thing worked. We are happy customers and would recommend Jim's Heating to all.

I was really disappointed with your service. It took me making the tech look at the unit 3 times before he could identify a problem. He originally said it was “intermittent” and not diagnosable. Then recommended that we entirely replace a unit that isn’t even 10 years old. He then scheduled a sales person for that evening who never showed. Also, i had a coupon that the tech would not honor even though the receptionist told me I could use it. Very disappointing.

Mick and Kyle disassembled the unit, tested, took pictures, and checked for CO at three locations in the house. They communicated clearly and were very thorough and professional. Great guys. Needless to say our furnace was fine. They gave great advice and we will be glad to have them back for our next service. Jim’s Rocks! Great company we have used for many years. Jim's Heating & Cooling is one of the best! I have been a customer for several years now and am always delighted to continue doing business with them. They are always professional and helpful with any issue I may have at my home concerning heating, cooling, or water heaters. I recently added a ductless system to my Sewing Studio. They were very efficient and had the system installed right away. The team of Mark, Dwight, and Johnny are so good to work with and really know what they are doing. They were able to answer any questions I had and now I have a fantastic system in the cottage where I have my business. This year was my year of replacement. I had a new air conditioning unit and a new water heater installed as well. Again, I would highly recommend Jim's Heating for all your heating and cooling needs. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and down right great to work with! Thank you for being there!

I was looking to replace an entire HVAC system for my mom while she was out of town. Mark T came in able to come in a give me several options without using "pressure tactics." I decided on a quote and he was able to schedule the replacement before a major holiday in order to get the installation done before my mom returned from her trip. Finally, he returned a week after the install to go over any questions and show my mom how to operate the new hvac system. With the competitive pricing, quick installation, and good follow up customer service, I have no problem recommending Jim's Heating & Cooling should you find yourself in need of any hvac services.

What a joke. The service guy came out, giggled some wires and charged me $150. The heater worked for less than a day. He came back out and said it was the gas valve, he completely missed the appointment and then came at the wrong time the next day with 10 minutes warning. He replaced the gas valve and charged $350. I asked for a discount or rebate because the first service didn't do anything. He refused andsaid i got a free diagnostic out of it. WTF! The heater worked less than an hour and then wouldn't turn on. Avoid these guys like the plague unless you want an empty back account and lots of cold nights.
